Can’t follow simple instructions. We asked for extra syrup packets..didn’t get them. We asked for extra picante and didn’t get it…ketchup packets didn’t get it…We ordered on the app so even though you guys can’t follow verbal instructions..you cannot follow printed instructions either.. it comes down to you guys could care less about your customer. Delivery to the car is often pleasant and that is the best we can say for the Dresden location.

It’s sad when you have more than one review of screwing up the same menu item. Asked for a refund, waited for 25 minutes, never got a receipt showing proof it was refunded.

Pushed the button and was asked to wait a minute. Waited 10 minutes while two workers stood out front socializing with a customer, and two other workers were hanging out in the back corner of the parking lot maybe smoking. We finally left…No Service!!!

Manager will not sell a side of chili and cheese never went into a sonic that would not do this. Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently, the manager right now her name is Magen. I think that’s ridiculous

Sonic drive in is normally a great place to have a burger, foot long hot dog, a Slushy or a Milk Shake but recently Sonic drive in’s service is lacking. I’m sorry to say when you place an order to go you Must check it to make sure your order is correct. Sonic drive in used to be one of the most dependable places to get great food but lately the food is still great but its the poor service. Management needs to be aware and correct this problem. With the Enormous gas prices we are paying now I don’t know many folks who can afford eating out these days. I always have a Cheeseburger with mustard and grilled onions and an order of Tater Tots which are still a great tasting treat always if you get your correct order. They may have bunch of rookies working inside. Poor service but Always Great Food!

Food was fair. Coney and tots were both fairly warm. Not hot not cold just mid. Drink was 10/10. I tried a new app only drink and it was great.

Check ur bag I ordered a number 15 witch is the ultimate burrito and got two slices of bread with bacon no #15 and then when I called I was told to come back and order the #15 and pay full price never offered to fix it or anything but drive 15 mins and try again nope won’t go back
