My friend and I came in today to pick up our orders, and the system they use for handling orders and drinks felt very disorganized and inefficient. I was especially disappointed with the level of customer service we received. One employee in particular, Kim, was very rude to my friend and to other customers. She spoke to customers disrespectfully, failed to acknowledge them, and ignored questions when asked.
We, along with others, were very patient while waiting for our orders, which made it even more upsetting to be spoken to in that manner. Overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I would expect from Chick-fil-A’s usual standards of customer service.

I stopped by Chick-fil-A today and was extremely busy the workers were working as fast as they could to get the orders out. I think the young lady name was Ashley, she was very helpful and patient despite the rush. I think it will be better once the students learn the new kiosk and ordering system but other than that great job Chick-fil-A

Literally the slowest chick fil a on the entire earth. The minimum wait time on a simple meal is 3 hours. Not only do they not serve everything on the menu but they lie and say breakfast ends at 10:30 when it doesn’t. No matter if you order your food at 10am they will have you wait 1 hour for your breakfast just to tell you they ran out after you’ve been waiting. Most workers have disgusting attitude and they get mad at you when they get your order wrong. They just need to take the chick fil a off campus if no one knows how to run it. As student we rely on these food places for food in order to survive. We can’t even get food from any food place without a long wait time. Why are you promising me breakfast at a certain time just to have me waste an entire hour of my life that could had used to study or be productive. A total disappointment and waste of time . I am disappointed everyday by this location. This is location is so unprofessional.

Wouldn’t reccomend this chick fil a. Pulled up and couldn’t find the drive though, someone not in uniform gestured me around back. I asked for a chicken salad. He said “no salads, just sandwiches and fries”. He was not friendly at all. So I ordered a sandwich and fries. Within a few seconds they hand it to me, so I know they did not cook it fresh. Then they said they only take cash. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE I ordered. And when I left they did NOT say “my pleasure” like the other chick fil as. When I opened up the food bag after leaving I realized they forgot the sandwich and they forgot the fries. If they were busy I could understand this oversight but I was the only one there. Again would not recommend this chick fil a but giving 2 stars because it was at least fast.

For those people who are driving to this location expecting a Chick-fil-A on the street its a nccu Chick-fil-A that is located in the bottom of Alfonso Elder Student Union. And also those other reviews were made before they opened because they just opened two days ago.
