Pizza was over 40 mins late after ordering on the app I asked for Parmesan cheese on the crust and they said they would have to charge me after it being unacceptable and late. Horrible service didn’t even apologize.

Most of the time the food is good and fresh but on 9/10 at 4:15 pm I got the worse pizza I have ever picked up at this location. Unfortunately I live 30 minutes away and didn’t want to return. The pizza had to have been sitting in the warmer for a LONG time. Everyone makes a mistake but the pizza wasn’t fit to eat. Thankfully my family had fresh crazy bread – which they prefer.

We stop at Little Caesar’s when we are traveling quite often. They are quick and reasonable.
We tried the new menu item, Crazy Puffs. My husband likes them, but I am not a deep dish fan, so it wasn’t my taste.
This particular store was very under par as far as staff and cleanliness.
The man that took our order was very rude. I can understand when they are very busy and a clerk is short or even has a bad attitude, but nobody came in the whole time we waited.
I also noted that when our food was ready, we saw the man that took our order refuse to bring it out. Another employee came from the back to give us our food.
My husband and I both own service-based businesses. That type of behavior is unacceptable.
