However, it’s worth noting that during our visit, the store appeared to be relatively empty, but this was likely due to the surge in online orders and DoorDash deliveries. While this didn’t affect the quality of service we received, it did result in a somewhat extended wait time for our order.
Moving on to the main highlight, the food, we were pleased with the quality of the wings. The flavors and preparation met our expectations, and we enjoyed our meal. Nevertheless, there were a few minor drawbacks that could be improved. Firstly, the presence of a soda machine was somewhat disappointing, as the taste of the soda did not meet our preferences. Additionally, the limited availability of ketchup packets was a bit inconvenient, as we had to request multiple packets to adequately accompany our meal. Lastly, the absence of soap in the restroom was a notable hygiene concern, and it would be beneficial for the establishment to ensure the provision of this essential amenity.

Zero stars. Do not recommend. I’ve been here for an hour waiting on an uber eats order and they gave it to the wrong customer and didn’t even check on me. The person I am waiting on the food for had to call to complain because the lady at the counter didn’t even help me. She just kept telling me it wasn’t ready. She didn’t even check. She left me sitting here. I won’t ever order anything here. Not because of the mistake but because I wasn’t helped at all period.

This was the worst chicken I have ever had! Very dry and tasted as if it was burned. I tried to call the store several times located on 2nd Street in Waco and I never got through to speak to anyone. To spend almost $40.00 dollars for Chicken, for my family, I would expect a lot better of quality. This was horrible!

messed up my order… called about my order, wingstop told me they would post my order for remake…. fast forward I make a order and I tell them about my past order remake (that they told me they would remake) and said they CANT do it!
