You do not get any value for your dollar at this place. They are intentionally selling small pieces of chicken, see photos. Even the employees say they’re getting smaller and smaller chicken at this place.

I ordered a chicken pot pie. When I got back to my job it was a chicken box. The fries were so salty and cold that I couldn’t eat them. The chicken was super small mostly bone. I put a pen in the pic for size reference. Not enough to fill an adult.

Just bought two buckets of their special of eight pieces dark meat only and they packed chicken that was so dried up that it was not edible. It looked like it has been cooked for hours and sitting under the heat. I have bought chicken from them before and it has never been this bad. Today was the absolutely worst.

Lighting in the store was weak, we could hardly read the dial on temperature control panel to heat up hotpot.
The dining room was filled with smoke from the BBQ, didn’t see exhaust fans on each table.
Plenty of vegetables, some seafood. I saw 2 kinds of crabs, shrimps were big and fresh.
Overall, items for hot pot, other than vegetables weren’t that many. Price for us was $37 each which includes 18% gratitude on a Saturday.

Do not buy this food. I am usually not a conspiracy person but there is something wrong with the “chicken”. Its not worth getting sick honestly. I wanted to add photos of the long white rubber like thing we found in chicken little sandwich. No call back from corporate.

The app sucked. It wouldn’t accept my credit card after three times. The guy working the counter has no idea what to do so he doesn’t work with apps. I finally added a different credit card and after two tries that one worked. I will likely not bother going back. It’s too much work for a bucket of chicken.

My drive-through experience was efficient. However, please note a potential hazard: a cement divider immediately after the payment window. I have previously scraped my rims on it. The food quality was satisfactory; specifically, the hot chicken value box offered excellent value and portion size.
