Every time I order a Double Beef Burrito it is mainly only rice. I did do get the beef and rice burrito. It is only this Taco Bell. The Taco Bell in Houma you get a double beef barrito with no rice and is great. Had threw out the 2 burritos I go because the rice was not cooked all the way and that is all they mainly had in there. Very sad that you order what is on the screen and you get a whole different item. Where is the beef. Look at the pictures. Looks like the rice and bean burritos. Sad.. makes me not want to go there again and tell others not to go. I even uploaded my receipt to show what I ordered is not what I got.

Rudest Taco Bell employees I’ve ever came across..
Had the audacity to give us an attitude cuz they actually had to work (take an order) when the robot couldn’t tell me why it was ordering a drink we did not want.
& when I’m checking my order by their window some “MAN”/boy walks up to the window like he is trying to intimidate someone saying “you alright”…
This place is unprofessional and obviously needs better management… YALL STILL GAVE US THE WRONG MEAT!!!! Find a better job if you don’t like doing what you’re hired to do!

Firstly, a really hard time trying to get them to hear my order due to them having people power wash their ground at 8pm then when asked to come to the window they still act like they can’t hear and I was given the wrong sauce and very little of it. After opening my freaking taco it’s most lettuce and cheese and for the record I ordered three soft taco surpremes.

Guess all taco bells are wrapped up in corporate greed. Ignore customer at register. Then hand out bad drinks and say drop it on ground and they will get it later when you ask for another. Speed only helps CEO bonuses not those who support you by buying your food. Oh and just realized they crushed soft taco intentionally. Nice.

Edited my rating. Location is doing good during the pandemic. New drive-thru employees are great. Would be 5 stars but an inside person needs to understand basic communication skills especially working with the public. This is the first time I ever had an employee not talk while taking my ordered. Just stared at me I thought he couldn’t speak until I heard him talk to an employee.
