There was plenty of parking. There were not very many people in the lobby. This was the first time we had been to a Popeyes so it was a good thing the workers were patient while taking our order. The smell of the fried chicken was delicious. The portions were much larger than we expected. The chicken was hot and very tasty. They were generous with the condiments and drink refills. We had plenty of food leftover. We wound up giving it to a parking attendant in downtown Atlanta where we had business that day. He was a happy camper.

The staff and service at this location are beyond horrible. I placed an online order, and when I arrived it was not ready. The young lady that was the manager for that shift stated that they don’t fix online orders until the customer arrives( that is the stupidest thing I ever heard) This same manager was scratching in her head and not washing her hands, The young man that work the counter was very childish and kept wiping his hand on his clothes and fixing orders without washing his hands. He also printed out the wrong ticket for my order; I had to wait over forty minutes for an online order that should have been ready when I arrived. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location ever again. New management is defiantly need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No heating inside when it’s below 50°. Every table was dirty and trash all over the floor; we got there before any lunch rush, so it probably wasn’t cleaned the night before. No trash bags in any of the trash bins, a certifiable health hazard. No sauces or napkins were available upon request, though the employees were nice about it. The garlic parm powder was all heavily caked to one side of all of my tenders, making them inedible, and my biscuit tasted like soap. And finally my limited time cupcake was also inedible because it was frozen solid, I don’t know how old it is then but if it was in a refrigerator it must be considerably old to have ICE forming around it.

This Popeyes has always been terrible. The other day I waited in the drive thru to order for 10 mins then moved up to the window because no one answered. I found a pregnant woman sitting on her phone along with 2 other men also on their phones. After a good 2 mins of staring at me from time to time they decided to acknowledge me and said that I didn’t hit the sensor at the drive thru. I asked them if they could just take my order at the window and they said no I have to go wait at the back of the line. I waited their to see how the handled the wrest of the line and saw 4 more cars leave without food.

I came to the store wanting to place a decent meal for my family! They had no sides other than fries
nor any biscuits I was told the gm or supervisors name is Javier I’m highly upset honestly the never have anything! The cashier says they’re sold out! This is the only good chicken spot in eastchase and they can’t get it together to save their life!! It’s very fustrating they need to fire everybody and start from the ground cause it’s going down I just left so disappointing

I went into Popeyes for a simple order of spicy chicken and Tenders . I was told that there was no spicy chicken ready only breast and that it will be a 15 minute wait. I agreed to wait the 15 minutes for the spicy chicken . While we are waiting the workers are playing music , making Tic Toks while there is a backed up drive thru line , not sure if they were operating a Popeyes or after school program . I walked up to the register and asked one of the two managers for a refund after waiting almost 30 minutes and not even being told an update . When she made an attempt to fix to food , the cook wasn’t even told that he had customers waiting on spicy chicken so we waited for nothing . 30 minutes wasted . The cashier was told by the manager to fix my food because I said that I was fine with just the breast chicken pieces since we had waited so long . The cashier began fixing my food and asked the other worker , “what side” . So I said “fries” and she turned her head around and rolled her eyes . I asked her what she was rolling her eyes at and she threw down the food and said “now I’m not fixing your food” we went back and forth until I asked for the manager that was standing there the entire time . She fixed our food and we went on our way . From another customer coming in saying that she was never given her credit card back , to the backed up line in the drive thru, the iPad at one of the tables dirty ,to the worker mopping the floor while food is being prepared and the non existent customer service . Yall are better off starting over from the top down and do a sweep on this location and how it’s being operated . Run a food establishment instead of a afterschool program and there wouldn’t be any problems . It seems like Mike the cook is the only one working and doing his job while everyone else play .

Nice chicken place, new and clean. Comfortable seating areas. Unique chicken art. Loads of chicken ready on the rack at 3:30. You get to choose which cut/piece you want in a 3 piece meal. Great value. Coke products to drink or tea . A frozen strawberry lemonade is a special offering currently.

This location is fairly new, the major lines have died down. I went around 11:30am and there were only a handful of cars in the drive thru. Order accuracy was mostly good. They didn’t give me pickles on the sandwich like I asked but they also forgot the dipping sauce I asked for. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and an 8 piece nugget combo. Food was good, only slightly room temp. I will be back ofcourse.

I came in and ordered 4pc dark spicy they didn’t have spicy, I’m just now getting off work but after I waited almost 30 min for my food I got home and they only put two pieces in the box, mind you I called and the manager response was horrible, I know people make mistakes but this was the most horrible and worst customer service I have ever experienced additionally two other people were ahead of me and was there longer than I was. I will never go there again !!!!!!!
