First time eating here. Very disappointed. Service was bad and the wings were horrible. Employers, please provide customer service training for your employees and inspect your kitchen daily. That grease should have been changed days ago. But most importantly, the feathers should have been removed before they were cooked.

I called in an order. They told me 15 minutes it ended up being 50min. I got home and realized my order was incorrect. I asked for hot lemon pepper. They gave me hot buffalo lemon pepper and the fries are burnt. And I feel like the cashier knew my order was incorrect because of his body language.

Got home to realize I was missing 5 wings. I called to let them know and to see what steps were next. They told me not to eat any of it, bring my order back and they would make my order over. I got there they looked at my order gave it back to me and handed me another box with the missing wings. To sum it up, I got 6 hot wings and had to eat 4 wings cold and cold fries. I really think they should’ve made my whole order over or told.me to take a picture and come at my convenience since this was their mistake. Thanks McKinley for letting this make it to the reviews….

1. The quality of the chicken wings used are horrible! There were multiple pieces with dark spots and broken bones. The wings were still clucking with feathers!
2. I requested well done/extra crispy wings yet they were gummy instead.
3. They gave me tartar sauce instead of ranch with my wings.
4. The rolls were stale.
5. Those shoestring cut fries should not be their go to for a wing spot!
6. The sauce had a burnt after taste.
7. They were out of pink lemonade.
8. The place screams FILTHY!
What a waste of $40. I have never picked over some wings like I had to with this order. 10 out of 10 – DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was really disappointed with my visit. The staff member who helped me was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed irritated when I asked simple questions and made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this experience really ruined my appetite. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and training.

Popeye looking lady is RUDE, especially over the phone! I’ve only eaten here once since dealing with her… food was okay but not good enough to deal with her. I might come back if the cook stops using a bunch of Lawry’s seasoning and the Popeye looking lady doesn’t take my order.
