I wanted to share my amazing experience with your staff this evening. I came into town tonight from traveling from up north and not having my favorite Hungry Howie’s in years I called 15 minutes prior to closing. The gentleman was so kind and went back and made me a pizza. Hungry Howie’s has the best pizza ever! I am so grateful for such wonderful service and an amazing pie. Dave Portnoy needs to come review this store! Hands down best pizza! Five stars!

We did take out – Italian sausage & pineapple pizza, BBQ chicken flatbread, 3 Cheese Howie bread & chicken wings . Daesean again made us an awesome pizza! We put with salad. Cooked perfect! Fresh, hot food. Right amount of everything! Ordered large deep dish w/butter Parmesan, sesame crust. There is no comparing the quality of food and employees to a few years ago. This place has absolutely fantastic food now!

I had placed a delivery order for a steak an mushroom sub and a veggie sub ,etc. An they was delivered an after delivery man left an started having my dinner . I’ve noticed that one of the subs didn’t have the lettuce and tomatoes, so I called the store an got reimbursed for 1 of the sandwiches after raising hell. then after thinking about it I went back on the app an comes to find out that the veggie sub was missing lettuce an a few of the other toppings as well, that should’ve been on it. . If you dont have the things that goes on stuff then dont make it or close the store til you get them in. This is ridiculous an very poor management. l won’t be ordering from this store ever again. If I could I would give this store minus 10. an I have ordered from several hungry howies across the east and have never experienced this kind of service from any of them . An with being a trucker it’s hard to go to most stores to show them their mistakes. I guess out of state customers gets poor service from this store. So yeah I should get reimbursed for this whole freaking order amount. Just beyond ridiculous.

There was only person who was working. Waited for almost for 10 mins even to be greeted. Food was cold and worst part was the crust was burnt. Nothing against the employee she was trying her best to keep the place running. It’s the owners who’ve to take responsibility for this. This place used to be my favorite but slowly not anymore.
