Service and cleanliness: We went on Saturday night at 6:30. Parking spaces are best for compact vehicles. There was a group of 6 leaving, a group of 8 and a table of 2 eating already, and 2 people ordered ahead of us. Not busy, but steady. Ordering was quick and she was friendly. You order at the counter, they bring out your food, and you bus your own table. It prompted tip option upon ordering, which I hate when it asks prior to your service being completed, they also had a cash tip jar on the counter. Being a server for several years and how hard I had to hustle for tips, I get a little frustrated when I see tips encouraged for a place that you serve yourself. Especially, when I bus my own table and trash is over flowing, so I get sauce and grease all over myself because they aren’t maintaining the front of the restaurant. I still tipped 20%, and I wish I had cash because I wouldn’t have tipped that much with almost zero interaction with the staff
staff, and the lack of Cleanliness preventing me from bussing my own table.
Food: Was ready quickly. I ordered the Jalapeno burger and it was delicious. I requested no cheese due to my dairy allergy. The receipt reflected my no cheese, but there was cheese on my burger. However, they did remember my no pickles or onions. Flavor was awesome, and the produce and bacon on the burgers was actually good quality which rarely happens at burger places. My husband had the egg burger, and he liked his. As others have mentioned, grab extra napkins. Regular fries and onion rings were good. Our son got the cheese melt because their kid burger was $9 without fries. The cheese on the sandwich wasn’t really melted and the bread soggy, and there was so much of their sauce oozing out of the sandwich.
I highly recommend their burgers and fries. Do not get the cheese melt, and double check your order for accuracy.
My wife had the Bacon Cheese while I had the Classic Galbi Burger – both with the Spicy Mayo.
I forgot how spicy Korean spicy mayo can be…. It was a little steamy but the flavor was excellent throughout. Next time I will probably go with the standard mayo.
The decor is your standard sit down place with the unique difference of no Pepsi/Coke fountain. It’s still good colas just different.
Overall, if you are looking for a standard burger, Korean fusion into it and other cool food you gotta stop by.
They had seasonal food too- if I went back I would be curious to try one of the pumpkin drinks, as they sounded yummy.
