On sunday at 6:00, we went inside to order and eat. After we ordered and paid, We were told we could not eat inside but had to take it to go. The reason they gave was because they were too busy and understaffed for the amount of orders to go. Makes no sense to me and a couple of people were eating inside. We didn’t want to eat cold chicken for 20 dollars at home so were not happy and let the cashier know, to no avail. The man behind us was told it would be a 25 minute wait so he left without ordering. Bathrooms and place was not clean and neat. Poorly run.

After reading the reviews on the way to this location I was a bit hesitant. But we preceded and took a chance. Our wings were on point. However the chicken nuggets were lacking everything. They were so dry and crunchy my kids wouldn’t eat them. We wasted out points on a free nugget and fries and were extremely let down. My kids wouldn’t eat them and after further inspection I 100% do not blame them!

This Popeyes seems to always have spotty service. Sometimes rude sometimes pleasant. There is also a vibe of “hurry up and get out” When we dine in here. Nonetheless, good chicken.

1/4 popcorn shrimp but didn’t get my shrimp I was on I-10 when I notice
I should not have to remind the staff about my order I should get all my order in one bag or two bags. I will be back to claim my order with no with no pay tomorrow this is not good. This is a good service we should not be looking at our order to make sure it’s there. When are your steps should be taken care of it

Definitely got my money’s worth. Look at the size of this chicken breast I got for my 4 piece combo! It’s what I’d imagine the size of a human heart to be. Can’t even begin to picture what size the chicken would be back when it was alive.

I went yesterday with my girlfriend to pick up an online order we had placed on the mobile app. When we got there a transgender employee was extremely rude & said yes in a rude tone & slammed the window door after my girlfriend told him / her that she placed an online order on the mobile app. That employee was extremely rude & completely unprofessional I don’t know why that person is still working there. When we got back to our house we noticed that we were missing an order of 3 piece chicken tenders it was supposed to be 4 orders but there were only 3 orders & every single time we’ve gone to that location they always seem to forget to put something we ordered!!!!! Terrible location do not eat at the one on Spur will be going to the one on Mesa instead because there’s better customer service there!!!!!

Today I went to Popeyes and I had an excellent experience thanks to Andres he is also know as Mr. Apple Pie at Popeyes! He was incredibly professional, polite, and attentive, making sure everything with my order was perfect. His positive attitude and friendly service stood out, and it really made my visit enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. Popeyes is lucky to have someone like Andres on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back because not only because of the great and beautiful service he gave but also because the food was really good, everything was fresh, crispy and HOT! It lowkey reminded me of what respect, and how my Tio used to cook fried chicken. Thank you Andres!!
