Horrible experience , I would give a zero rating if given an option. I went with my family for a dinner and being a vegetarian we ordered Malai methi paneer and one more paneer dish along with Naan.
The server served the dishes without worrying about explaining which dish is which. Naan had some reddish coloration on it, I called the owner and he explained it’s just the food color from the roller pin and nothing to worry about. Later on , we realized something wrong with the Malai methi paneer as it was looking and tasting different. We were severed Chicken in place of paneer.
This was an incredibly distressing experience for me. For a vegetarian, consuming meat is not just a minor order error; it is a violation of ethical, religious, or dietary restrictions. It broke my trust in kitchen’s safety protocols.

With staying at the hotel across the street this made for several meals for me over the weekend. Well flavored and spiced. Can’t wait to bring my husband next time to eat. Hard to find restaurants like this in America.

I originally had a little disappointing experience with one of the dishes I got delivered; however, the restaurant had contacted me regarding the order, and they offered me a complimentary meal to make it up for it. The breads are flavourful, and the Bhindi Bhaji was cooked very well. Last time, it was so burnt that it must have been a mistake.
I am very pleased and impressed with their prompt and proactive customer service. I would say it was one of the best customer services I’ve experienced in PG.

Tables were dirty, you can check the photos I added, there are lot of dirty stains and lot of previous customers left-overs under the glass which is visible.
We ordered spicy chicken curry, it wasn’t spicy, when asked about the same we are provided with cut green chillis(surprised), when we looked at the server surprisingly we are provided with another option to add some red chilli powder to the curry. I thought well that’s good but they did just that, they just added raw red chilli powder to it and just mixed it and gave, you can see photo of that showing we can see lumps of raw red chilli powder, they didn’t even cook it for a min. They just went and added red chilli powder and gave it back in 10 seconds, not sure how chef doesn’t know simple rule of cooking before serving.
We felt the red chilli powder in our noses as it is very raw.
Overall it is very bad experience and by the looks of table cloth stains and their maintainence I’m sure this is not just rare case. I’m not sure how they rated this restaurant 4.1 in google for this very bad experience.

Maybe an off night sucks to write such a bad review but the butter chicken I received was literally as thin as water. Just soaked right through the rice. 0 thickness whatsoever. Was the worst butter chicken I ever had, and I eat BC often. They do have great naan bread. Now I can never trust to order butter chicken again here. Oh well.

Loved their delivery service. Food was amazing I ordered dahi bhala and tikki chatt . Fresh prepared. Exciting thing was they also delivered cutlery and cleaning tissue with food . That was basic need of customer. However other restaurants doesn’t provide tissue and cutlery with online food delivery but they does . So I happy with their service. Majito was also on fire . Amazing guys . Well done . And thanku for great food and service ❤️.

The food at Karahi King was honestly amazing the dal was rich and flavorful, and the chicken biryani was just perfect, full of authentic taste and aroma. Everything felt super fresh and satisfying. Also, Sukhveer was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time!

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The service was excellent — staff was friendly and attentive. What impressed me the most was that they kindly allowed us to dine in even though we arrived just 20 minutes before closing, and they still treated us with great hospitality without rushing us. Really appreciated the welcoming attitude and the care they showed. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
