Such delicious donuts from caring business owners! 5/5 customer service. I was given this month’s speciality donut to try for free (a mochi banana donut which was crunchy, fluffy, and had a fresh banana taste) while I looked through the rest of their offerings. Mochi-style donuts are now my favorite. Skipped the Sunday morning line at Otis and just got Otis coffee here too. Next time I will try the Thai Iced Coffee!

I am a donut fanatic and can confidently say these are some of the best donuts I’ve ever eaten. A variety of different types, all with perfect textures. There are over a dozen icing flavors, many being Asian, so you know they’re the best. As someone who doesn’t really like mochi donuts, they had the best mochi donut in my life. The sweet potato donut altered my brain chemistry and was something I’ve never experienced before. And the ultimate Asian compliment – NOT TOO SWEET.
Nok, a Thai immigrant, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. There is a sense of community the second you walk through the door, which comes from the fact she remembers every customer, both new and the countless returning. She is incredibly inventive with her recipes and you can truly taste the love she puts into each handmade donut to perfect her craft. All-in-all, I was truly blown away. First time in, but already planning my next visit.

Most incredible gluten frew donut I have ever had. Imagine the melt in your mouth quality of fresh Krispy Kreme donuts, make it gluten free and you get the mochi donut of Nok’s Donuts. The one thing is they use the same oil, so be aware. The people were friendly and were very up front about the same oil use.
I would highly recommend them. I am not even gluten free and I would get the Mochi Donuts every time. The folks were so friendly and helpful. The shop is a simple donut shop, in a blink and you will miss it (but very cool vibe) mall. This is our new favorite donut shop in Colorado.

Yum! They have gluten free mochi donuts that are so fluffy and delicious that I couldn’t believe they were really gf! Every flavor is so good, you can’t go wrong. But I think plain, and ube are my favorites. They also have gluten-containing donuts (they look different), so make sure to ask for the gf ones.
The little mochi cakes (bah bin) are also gluten free and so delicious. They don’t always have these, so make sure to snag some if you see them! The chocolate, caramel, and purple yam mochi cakes were really decadent, but the coconut flavor was my favorite. They use young coconuts that they prepare by hand and it almost doesn’t even taste like coconut because it has such a delicate flavor. It is so good! A must try!
Also, the owner is just the sweetest person you will ever meet! So kind and generous, plus an amazing baker!

YOU HAVE TO TRY THESE DONUTS!!! If you had told me I would find an absolutely delicious, scrumptious, indescribably yummy, vegan and gluten free donut, I would have said you’re crazy. And then my son found Nok donuts!
