This location is TRASH. The atmosphere between employees and customers is just awkward. when you ask for ingredients on your sandwich, you have to ask two and three times for more to get what would be considered a normal amount. I got my sandwich and it had four pepperonis on a foot-long Italian sandwich. I don’t know if the owners are restricting portion sizes cause it seemed to be no in my sandwich but the two people behind me as well. This is also the same issue. We read into a time prior when visiting this location. Can’t wait for the new sub shop to open up.

What a rip off! Almost $12 for a 6 inch colt cut combo! I understand inflation. But, Subway subs are are at the bottom for quality. I’m told that they just got a new owner and raised prices immediately. Just not worth the money! Seems like other customers have gotten sick of the high prices. The lobby was dead during the 6pm hour. Save your money for something better.

Worst experience I’ve had at a subway ever. 4 slices of cucumber on a 12 inch sub…had to keep asking for more. This place is a joke and it’s the last time I’m spending a dime here. This has been a problem for years, they are worried so much about vegetables/condiments and insignificant food costs that they are running business away permanently. Off to Cumberland the next time I’d like Subway. Will be so happy when this place finally goes under and New Palestine gets a decent sandwich shop.

Stopped by the Subway in New Pal during a really busy lunch rush, the employees were holding it down like a pros. Even with a line of people, they stayed calm, friendly, and kept things moving quickly. My order came out just right, and you could tell they cared about getting the details right for everyone in line. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the wait was a little long just because of how packed it was and the place could have been a little cleaner, they did a great job keeping things organized. Big shoutout to Kaleb for making the experience way smoother than it could’ve been!

Employees seem miserable. They actually work slower the busier they become. This place appears to be poorly managed. Sandwiches ALWAYS blow apart and the condiments leak everywhere. And they charge $15 per for that “artists” work. Several other franchises operate at corporate standards. This one does not. This franchisee should sell to someone else who can create a better culture. Misery in, misery out.

Kaleb made me by far the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Literally the easiest job in the world to make a sandwich and he can’t even do that. I had to tell him how many pieces of ham to put on my sandwich… “I thought it came with 3 pieces” while putting shredded ham on my sandwich… then proceeds to put 6 pieces of cheese on my sandwich & burns my bacon. A 4 year old can make a sandwhich.. why is it that difficult?

Clean restaurant & veggies were fresh. I think it was Daisy, helped me buy gift cards & answered questions re the Buy $25 get $5 free gift card promo. But later when I went to use promo $$, some guy said promo $5 ($20) won’t works any with special. Full price only. So really only worth half as much.

Worse experience ever. Did mobile order just two sandwiches. Get there click I’m here but said stay in car be right out. After 15mins I went in and said I have a mobile order and been 15 mins since got here. They hadn’t even seen it or started making it. Then they barely put meat or cheese on sandwiches when I got the series sandwiches which it suppose to have 2x more then regular and pay more for it. I won’t be back and I wasn’t only one in there having same issues at least two others had mobile orders and were waiting long time and one guy that was walk-in left before ordering I would had also but I had already paid for food on app. did thank me for my patience

Went in for lunch as I have been doing for the last SEVEN years. The woman who waited on me was EXTREMELY rude. The worst I have ever been treated ANYWHERE!! Wow — what a nasty attitude. At the end when I was ready to pay she said ” what kind of sandwich did you have?-I know I just made it but what did you have?” in such a hateful manner that I told her to forget it and I walked out and went elsewhere. I ‘m not going to pay her salary– no way!! They need to fire her before the end of the day. Not going back there ever again. I’m done with Subway for good.
