Very nice and clean pizza place in Townsend, MA. Went there for lunch on a Tuesday. Ordered Buffalo fingers dinner with zesty fries and broccoli, Buffalo chicken salad, and garlic bread. Fountain drinks. Food being brought to your table and staffs are very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Have ordered from here for years. Tonight I received only one part of my order and no phone call or anything from this establishment that they forgot something, or were making my pizza. I called to let them know probably 20 minutes later that I didn’t receive my pizza in my order and I was told “yeah I’ll call my driver” and was hung up on. I waited 25 minutes before calling back again, and that individual was very polite and kind, as well as apologetic for my inconvenience, and I let him know that I’d like to be refunded for the pizza because at this point almost 40 minutes later, I did not want it as the person who was here waiting for the pizza had gone home since their pizza never arrived. I left my name and phone number and was told that the owner would give me a call back about the refund. Another 25 minutes goes by, and I receive no phone call and then I’m told when I call back a third time after being passed two other employees before finally getting the owner, that he (the owner) can’t refund me…telling me “you have two options”……he’ll either come to my house right now and give me cash or I can go there and get cash or he’ll put credit on my phone number… Excuse me? One that’s a hard no that you will not be coming to my house at 8 PM at this point to refund me, and the fact that I was told that it’s impossible for him to go in and refund customers credit card sales is really disappointing in terms of their customer service, especially from the owner. I asked if I was rhe first customer to ask for a refund on the card they paid with because I was having a hard time believing that was the case and was them asked don’t I get it? Everyone makes mistakes, and apparently that meant that he could speak to me in the terribly disrespectful manner that he did. It is unfortunate, but there will be no business going their way moving forward.

Food is flavorful and usually ready when you arrive. Pricing is average. They have slices of pizza so that’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner on the go.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and a Greek salad. The food was delicious! The delivery driver was extremely nice and professional. This is a very hard-working crew who makes great food and provides great customer service! I highly recommend!

Just moved to the area and decided to try Patriot Pizza, I have to say, my husband and I were truly impressed. You can order beer and wine for eat in which is a plus. We had a pizza with toppings and it was delicious. It reminded me of Italian bakery pizza with a Greek twist because the crust was crispy. I love a cheesy, fluffy pizza and if that’s what you like, you’ll love their pizza. The waitress was super nice and made us feel very welcome, thank you Vicky. Another super plus: great place to catch the Patriots games!

Grilled chicken salad and a chicken fingers sub today – both we excellent. My wife goes here all the time. She loved the steak tips when they were on the menu. They don’t do clubs here, like a turkey club. Great place to eat.

The owner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever interacted with. I had an issue with a contact-free delivery (as advertised on the website when you place an order) and my concerns were brushed aside as being “overdramatic” for not being comfortable with meeting a delivery driver who was in my driveway along with a strange man who she had with her. A true shame to put your own profit margins over customer safety, and even worse to tell a customer outright that that’s what you value.

Very clean. Very friendly atmosphere. Food is delicious and a great variety. Not only do they have yummy pizza, they also have a menu that has traditional meals. I’m new to this area and I love this place.
