Today was probably the BEST experience I’ve had with KFC! I ordered online almost immediately before I got to the store, pulled through the drive through, and it was ready practically instantly. Everything was hot and fresh, their new cheese curds were spot on, and the biscuits were soft, fluffy, and fresh! The customer service was quick and friendly too. Not to mention, it was a great price with app specials. Thank you KFC Ruidoso!

Clean location. Very nice cashier. Hot, fresh food. Not too long of a wait like other locations! We stopped around 12:30. Very pleased especially since it was lunch time. We ate Inside. Clean restrooms.

Very. Annoying. Want to sit in a room that sounds like a club mixed with South Park? I don’t. Can’t hear each other over their music and silliness. Drive through it is. No more vulgarity about white and dark meat. Antonio was the cashier.

Attempted to order online as well as app to use a $2 pot pie online deal as advertised. However, neither kfc.com nor the KFC app allowed the deal. This is a SCAM!!! Because of the “special online or app deal” advertised and the availability or unavailability of the pot pie via both sources, I was forced to pay full price at the store. It should be advertised as “only at participating locations” or similar.

These guys care about their customers. I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this place deserves a 5-star rating. The staff had great attitudes, the food was delicious and came out quickly, and the manager came by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Best KFC experience.

The customer service was TERRIFIC! We were nervous seeing the reviews. The manager greeted us when we walked in and the cashier was patient and friendly. The tables were clean and cleaned promptly after someone left. The food was good. Nothing special. I got what I expected and it tasted like I expected. I’d come back for my next fried chicken fix.
