First recieved the incorrect pizza, we ordered 2 and it was neither. Then, the girl on the phone said they would remake the order and sent it off. So then we get the two pizzas. However, 1 was the wrong size, and the 2nd had the wrong sauce. Called again and was on hold forever, the girl comes back with attitude and said the size is right (and im wrong) then says that the pizza has the right sauce and asks me if I ate it (yes obviously I did and I know what bbq tastes like, it was supposed to have bbq sauce and it had tomato clearly) she said there was only 1 bbq pizza made that night and it definitely had bbq sauce on it. I said no, it doesn’t and there would technically be 2 pizzas made that night if you remade our pizzas like you said you did. She literally just hung up. I tried being nice this whole time and this had me fuming. I call back and its a boy. All he said was because I had eaten the pizza they can’t do anything, no refund, no partial refund. What the hell. Online it says dominoes refund policy is “based on a satisfaction guarantee; if you’re not happy with your order, they will make it right with a replacement or refund.” I am quite the opposite of satisfied, and they were useless at trying to fix it.

I messed up on the app and ordered one pizza when I thought I ordered two. It was considerably more as I thought I was using the “two for …” deal. I called and admitted my mistake and asked if there was anything I could do. Pardon me if I don’t get names right, Cailey answered and was very kind and helpful. Her solution was the perfect fix. Lukas was the driver and he was awesome. He was very cool and sympathetic when I realized what happened. I was also helped by Damon on the phone. All three of those people are top notch employees and I sincerely hope they’re rewarded for the great job they do.

It’s Domino’s, but the service at this location is pretty great. I’ve received multiple calls, when I’ve put in weird orders, to clarify my order and make sure it’s made correctly. Very surprised each time. Grateful that they are so close to me. Easy lazy dinner. Thanks Domino’s crew.

I do not like giving bad reviews but this one deserves a bad review I cannot write the food because we did not receive our food !!! Normally my daughter orders from this location at least once a week and has no problems there is always fresh pizza or whatever she orders and they go out of their way to keep her happy. Today she almost didn’t order because she had a bad gut feeling about it but she didn’t follow her gut instinct and by not doing so ended in a bad review on Domino’s end. I took my dog out for a walk as I was walking back in I seen one of my neighbors get an order from a Domino’s delivery driver and walk off with a pizza which is a problem in my apartment complex but I didn’t think anything of it really I had no idea my daughter was ordering pizza so I just let it, and I walk inside and my daughter asks me if I seen the delivery driver from dominos outside and if I by chance got the pizza and I was like what pizza to her and she said I ordered a pizza from dominos and it says it was delivered but I don’t see it and nobody came to the door and I was like are you serious?! I told her what I had just seen and we figured that was the pizza that should have been ours so went back outside looked on the path that I seen the neighbor walking and sure enough there was the receipt sitting on the ground and I picked it up and sure enough on the receipt is my daughter’s name and the information about the pizza, along with the order number!!! At that point I headed back inside showed my daughter the receipt I found and decided I would call the store and talk to the manager and that’s what I did. I called Domino’s and I talked to a manager and she says oh yeah my driver’s right here let me have you talked to him. I talked to the driver and he said oh yeah your neighbor was standing at the bottom floor you were on the second floor I said are you Eliza and in 6 , then he told me that the neighbor said yes that’s me I’m in six. He asked me did you get your pizza and I told him no I did not get my pizza why did you not come to my door and he said oh I’m so sorry do you want a new pizza sent out or your money back so I asked my daughter what she would want. My daughter responded I don’t trust the pizza to get here I’ll just get the money and order from somewhere else! I told the driver that my daughter wanted her money refunded he told his manager some guy got on the phone and told me the only way he could refund the money is if I brought the pizza back the pizza that I never received!!!! I recapped everything with this guy he told me he could not help me and his manager could not refund the money I asked him if he was serious and he said I’m sorry you got your pizza I’m not helping you my driver told me that he went to your door and handed it to you which is a lie!I told him I was doing a Google review if you did not at least replace the pizza or the money and the guy hung up on me! When I’m done with this review I am calling corporate!!!

We ordered from here tonight and forgot a menu item last minute. We called and they updated the order before it got sent and brought us everything. We accidently got something else other than what we ordered and they immediately replaced it and sent it to us. Everything tasted great and we were very happy!

I shopped online on their “deals” and apparently you can only use one coupon. I was not aware of that. I chose to pay $10.99 for a large 3 topping pizza and got a second order of 1 medium stuffed crust and apparently it replaced the first deal. So I paid $41.99 for two pizza and two dipping cups. Definitely over priced. I was originally planning on going to little Cesar’s but wanted better quality, but $41 is a lot for two boxes.

We ordered for delivery. Got a message that it had been delivered. Nope. We called and explained that we didnt get it. Guy say I’ll make you another and hung up on me. Didn’t verify the order or the address. This time we sat out front and watched the driver go to the wrong address again. This time the driver got back in the car, creeping further down the street towards us. As I started walking to the street to meet them, they do a u-turn in front of my house and started /o drive away the other direction! Literally had to yell at them to get them to stop and give us our food. Not the drivers fault. They were just going to the address provided but the fact that the guy on the phone verified nothing???? What an idiot!!

This is specific to HIGHLAND Dr and 4700 south in Salt Lake City. This has been the Worst service I have ever received at Dominos. Which we love and order often. We ordered for pick up, they had a large order before ours… which we understood. Arrived for our pick up at 7pm, app said it was ready! Paid for the pizza they told us 10 minutes, just put it in…. 45 minutes later they told us they were under staffed and it was in the oven. 15 minutes later…. Nothing and they had never put it in. When I asked if it was ever done, they said we will cancel your order and told me to leave. Most unprofessional group of clowns I’ve ever dealt with. So unprofessional and rude!!! . Watched them hang up on calls and lie about orders. Unreal. NEVER AGAIN!
