My mother and I LOVE the donuts here. They’re fresh and yummy and unlike anything else. This morning however we experienced the worst service. I’m writing a review in hopes that they’ll see this and remember how not to treat the next person who comes along. The lady came to the window on her phone talking to someone. Asked for our order, looked extremely confused as to why we were there, did not acknowledge she even hear the order, shuts the window, then left to the back of the shop. Other customers then walk in to the establishment while we are still at the window. She comes back to the window with earbuds in, still talking to someone and stands at the window just talking and looking around. She opens the window, still looking confused and unbothered. We sat there for a good 5 minutes watching her talk to herself in front of the window and the other customers. We ended up driving off and at that point she finally reacted to something and looked panicked. But too little too late…. We will try again next time….

This place has great donuts, and I’m picky about my donuts!! I got a plain glazed donut and a cherry fritter. They were both so good! I’m not even big on cherry, but that was something I would get again! The glazed donut’s texture was light and fluffy, just the way it should be! I would highly recommend this place!

Awesome donuts! One of my favorite donut stores is the southern chain Shipley. This is really close to that; I like their plain glazed better than crispy cream, and they always have a good selection to choose from. I’m not a resident of Maryville, but I stop here for some donuts every time I’m in town.

Went to get donuts last weekend at the donut palace. The donuts were fresh & really good. The bavarian cream was the best. The staff was very nice and attentive to customers. I would reccomend donut palace for donuts and a coffee. They have plenty of parking as it used to be a drive in at one time. Stop in and see for yourself.

I couldn’t believe how fresh and delicious the glazed and chocolate donuts we’re I also had the donut holes. In my opinion they are the best in town so if you’re looking for a good donut stop in and give them a try. The service is excellent always smiling courteous and kind . I will definitely from now on be a forever customer.
