First time at this Waffle House. Pleasant greeter at the door. Busy staff and him of conversation by the guests in the full restaurant. The staff were friendly, greeting all as the door bell rang open. Great and quick meal. Highly recommended. Manager ran a visibly approachable and seamless flow.
The food was delicious. Staff always checks to see if we needed anything, topped off coffee and went right to the next guest.
Look forward to coming back.

This is a brand, new waffle house, clean, and nice food was excellent, Lori. the cook is a delight, so kind, and nice! She’s worked here for 16 years, and she loves her job and loves this company and it shows!
This was perfect meal after a long day, we came out from Utah to watch BYU play Texas Tech in the big 12 championship game, after a horrible loss, we had to eat our feelings and this was the perfect place to come 🙂
Tranee was our waitress. She was awesome! Madyson helped us at the cashier
These girls were just fun to be around and keep this environment very stellar!

It’s hard for me to leave bad reviews because I genuinely know people are trying in most cases. But you can’t bring half the order and come with one of the main components 15mins later. I watched sausage patties go everywhere but to me, even to the couple seated like ten minutes after me.
Now eggs and grits are cold, the whole bfast off.

I had just a regular breakfast: eggs, bacon, and a side of grits. The food was good, there were some lumps in the grits though. But overall, the service is excellent. The staff was so friendly. I will try more dishes off the menu another day. There is a to-go fee, which I don’t think is necessary, since it’s actually better for such a small place to do to-go orders.

This Waffle House is new in Cedar Hill and the customer service sucks already. A few of the employees seem like they really didn’t want to be at work. The female who took my order was not very friendly and she needs to learn how to greet people when they walked in. She had greeted someone but it seemed like she didn’t really want to do it. This location needs help with more friendly staff already. Definitely did not leave a tip and they forgot my onions.

Don’t eat here our to go order was all wrong, Contacted Corporate just to have someone call and say our money will be refunded, Been 2 weeks and no refund. Food nasty, poor customer service, Just drive up the road to Dicks now that’s a top notch restaurant. Waffle House your nasty!!!!!!

I just wanted to say I have been in server Waffle House and not loving the place but this is an A Plus, The service is Amazing all the way across, and so clean . Wants you come in they all welcome you. This a New location so please try it out. I had my steak and eggs and it was so hood(Sorry I forgot to take a picture was hungry lol)
