Enjoyed one of the best ever grilled cheese sandwiches today at Bonfire. The delicious bread was perfect temperature, cheese melted just right and the topping combination made this a very tasty dish, exactly what I was hoping for and more. Had the Mocha on the side perfectly made. What a treat to enjoy this lunch in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend and look forward to the farmers grill cheese sandwich again! Oh the coconut bar for dessert was perfect ending! Finished my mocha before I had chance to take photo!

Love Bonfire! We have a weekly subscription and it is our favorite option for coffee beans. They also make fantastic coffee in house – I’ve had everything from the single origin pour over to the smoothies. The food is great too! It gets pretty busy around mid morning but I’ve never not had a table available. They also have great stuff (like stickers, mugs, and jewelry) from local vendors. Definitely worth a visit as a local or as a tourist!

Affordable in 2025 hell ya. Wonderful service even when they were slamming, friendly. Definitely a coffee snob and this place was legit. Offers 4% discount with cash win win. Very friendly to a hands full mom. Obvious it was the spot to get coffee in Carbondale I can see why. Again wow on the service super fast and so good.

The food is okay and overpriced. The service is not friendly. I have been going here for four years now, tolerated their attitude because there’s few coffee shop options in town, and today I reached my limit to how bad these employees can treat paying customers.
An employee handed me a wrong order and when I came back with the food, they told me I stole the order. I am sorry but I have worked customer service before and that was so rude. The food was not for me, I was getting the order for someone else, so I didn’t even know what it was supposed to look like. I came back with the wrong food order and the person who “assisted “ was unpleasant for no reason. I will not be coming back. The prices are insane for this treatment .

We were just passing thru and feel in love with this place. Now we want to drive alittle out the way in order to eat and hang here again. The ingredients are top quality. The building has a HEPA air purifiers, Himalayan Salt Lamps all over the place, living plants here and there. I ordered a white chocolate caramel breve and a sausage egg & cheese croissant. My Husband ordered golden breve & a bacon egg and cheese bagel.

Cute local coffee shop with lots of options. Although I didn’t try their food it sure looked good and smelled good and it appeared to be good quality. This coffee shop is walkable from some of the hotels in town. Peach Berry smoothie was delicious!
