The food is consistently good, I really like their sandwiches, and the staff clearly knows the menu well. Service is generally solid, though it can be a little slow at times, which may just be due to the location or how busy it gets. Overall, great food and a reliable spot when you’re craving a good sub. Get the number 4!

I ordered a mini veggie sub to go. I didn’t get at all what I ordered. They didn’t even put the cheese on it. It was basically a super expensive sandwich that was mostly mayo (I asked for light mayo) and lettuce. I filled out a complaint and requested a refund because veggie subs are already so expensive for what you get and they didn’t even include the cheese and they couldn’t bother to respond.

Specifically asked for ONLY meat cheese and mushrooms and this is what I got instead…No mushrooms and barley any meat. My sandwich is nothing but bread at this point after having to scrape out the unnecessary amounts of onions and peppers. I’m extremely disappointed in the service today. I want my money back for this disaster of a sandwich !!

I have been a loyal customer for years and always enjoyed this place, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. After patiently waiting in line for 25 minutes, when I finally got to the front to place my order, I was told the system was down and it was cash-only. This was the first time this was clearly communicated.
When I calmly pointed this out to the cashier, her response was dismissive. She simply insisted that the information had been announced, refused to take my order, and abruptly said, ‘have a nice day.’
This level of poor communication and disrespectful customer service is completely unacceptable. It’s a shame to see such a nice establishment stop caring about its customers. After years of business, I will not be returning.

Amelia, Chloe, and Haley were amazing! Chloe walked my sub to our table! Haley was so personable, chatting with my son helping him order the toppings because he wasn’t sure what he wanted! Amelia was so sweet and helpful! Great crew!!

This philly cheese steak place usually has the best ones around. However it can be hit or miss depending on the cook, how busy they are and how much they pay attention to the details of the order.
Tonight ordered a giant cheese steak on wheat with chipped bacon. Order the giant if you want two regulars of the same type. it’s cheaper that way and it’s exactly the size of 2 regulars. The sub was cooked ok, however the bacon wasn’t chopped into the sandwich as requested. Not sure if the person taking the order didn’t write it down correctly or if the cook didn’t read it correctly.
You pay up front and their Point of Sale (POS) machine asks for a tip. Not sure who tips before they get their order. I wish places would configure their POS systems not to ask. This place also has a tip jar so not sure the method to their madness here
Order was cooked fairly quickly. Don’t be fooled going in and being first in line. They do a lot of online orders and they might be in front of you.
