Walt’s used to be a staple around here, and recently I was craving it, so I went on a Saturday. I pulled up to the drive through and waited a while, to realize they were closed—no signage—mid day on a Saturday. Weird. There was a line for the drive through and all of us left disappointed.
So today, I decided to try again. There was a sign that the frialator was down on the five try menu—ok, no fries! They were open this time, but the gal at the drive thru was not paying attention and was rude. Got my sandwich (just got a Walt’s roast beef) and it had absolutely zero flavor. :/

I have to say, I used to think Walt’s was sub par. However, today when I placed my order – everthying was made fresh. I found out that EVERY order is made fresh for that single order. My mozzarella sticks, fries, and sandwich were all made to order. Needless to say, I’m very impressed with the quality of the meal I had.

I love Walt’s! Best roast beef sandwich around. Staff is friendly here. Interior is due for a renovation, but it adds to the classic feel of this location for those who have frequented for years and years like myself. They put that money into great food, which really matters. Only Walt’s with a drive thru, too!

First and last time eating at Walt’s Roast Beef. I ordered a roast beef on a wrap. The wrap was cold and crumbly. Roast beef was tasteless. Staff was not friendly and helpful. I asked if they could warm wrap and was told that she didn’t think so. Is this the way to answer a customer?? Stay away!!

Went there today ordered 2 pulled pork 1 hot and spicy and 1 regular roast beef all of it was cold and I mean right out of the fridge cold. Went inside and told the manager and wanted my money back witch was $45 . She then tells me she can’t refund because she doesn’t know how ? I mean a Manger should absolutely know how to do a refund. She then called the owner and after about 10 minutes I got my money back. I’ve Went there alot but never again. Unless you want to get sick and hand the squirts stay away from this place
