We were the only car in the drive thru and the lady taking our order was rude and trying to rush us out, like I understand abt drive time if they even have that but cutting my off in the middle of talking to say “Anything else!”. When at the window the way she was speaking and her actions were rude, when handing out coffee she shoved it out and had an attitude when we miss the second straw while grabbing the coffee out of her hand. The coffee was not even full I don’t expect it to overflow but I shouldn’t be able to see over an inch missing.

Oj and Vivianna (sorry if I misspelled the name) and the others in the crew make every trip fantastic and are so friendly when I come through. Great place with fantastic people with fantastic attitudes.

What makes people think that this is okay to give someone to eat? When someone does somewhere and orders food they don’t won’t it burnt and smooshed they want it edible and what they pay for this is ridiculous!!! Poor service and nasty food

Very sad I have to leave this review due to Bobby Jo being such a great manager but when she is not there the place it a total joke I spend over $60 a week here This is the second time I had super bad customer service I asked for a iced coffee with cream and sugar (the obviously didn’t make it right) I took it back instead of them making it they gave me cream packets and liquid cane sugar in a cup!! Totally unacceptable As you can see this coffee does not have any cream nor sugar in it. DO BETTER

I began to enjoy my iced chai tea and waited for my mini bagels. As I cruised by a couple tables in hopes of sitting down(2 clean , 2 dirty , 1 occupied). Since I’m the only customer and there are 5 employees standing around, one would assume no tables filled with donut crumbs and debris exist. … no biggie right. I sat at the tall bar counter and waited for my order… and while 5 people cackled and giggled, I waited. It would have been a nice gesture to bring my order out to me since I’m the only 1 here ( that isn’t being paid by DD) and since it sounds like social hour at the 8th grade cafeteria table, … maybe they just aren’t trained to or even advised not to do that.. but … when these folks .. mostly all kids granted .. let me sit there, while my bagels were obviously ready and never announced my order was ready! Sitting on the pick up counter, 2 ft from the lively bunch that saw me, saw my order and yet never had an inclination to let me know.. on another note the chai tea and bagels were so good! And the young cashier was sweet and pleasant.
