I ordered a pepperoni extra most bestest, cheesy bread, crazy bread, combo with sauce and a 2 L Pepsi for delivery. When my order arrived The pizza was not an extra most bestest. It was a cold burnt stale hot and ready pizza, 2 L of Pepsi missing and my crazy sauce missing as well. Very disappointed ruined dinner for the family.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted just asked if I was ready to order. A young looking boy was working as one of the cashiers. I ordered a half cheese and half Hawaiian pizza, but it definitely did not turn out like that…. Ordered some crazy bread as well. The bread was a little salty but overall good. For my full order though it definitely was not worth $20. Did not even eat half the pizza and did not eat all the bread. The jalapeño cheese sauce and marinara sauce never disappoint. The co-manager was very rude too, I believe her name is Crystal. She did not greet any of the customers that came in, had her back turned the whole time gossiping with another female worker. Whenever the customers would go up to the counter to ask for their marinara she would just hand it to them and look as if they were interrupting her when all she was doing was standing there…. I was in there for about 25 min.

Never have a complaint about this place. Come here all the time and I always love it. My orders are always 100% complete and ready to eat, nice and hot. Though, I do always recommend ordering ahead of time unless you’re fine to wait for your order to be done!

I had placed an order through their mobile app for pick up.I order 2 pepperoni and the box did said pepperoni pizza. When I got home the 2 pizzas were only cheese pizza I call the store and they never pick up until I was calling and calling l.. I told them and they said that their policy was that I had to return both of the pizza when I live 20 minutes away from them.I told them I only had one full pizza my kids had eaten the other one.. They did not want to to accept it. Got really mad cause it was not my mistake.

I had come by on a weekday during the early evening hours. I had placed an order through their mobile app for pick up. I came by about 30 minutes after ordering and the food was ready when I had arrived. The young man helping me was friendly and I was on my way in no time. Having seen the other reviews, I may have been one of the lucky ones but I had no issue with timing or customer service. Nothing very special about this place compared to any other Little Caesar’s. Maybe because it was a slow day is why I had no issues with my order but I would order here again whenever I’m visiting Bakersfield.

THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF AMAZING SERVICE. I walked in to wait while my online order was ready and it was VERY busy at 4:00PM. Jose was the general manager at this store and I spoke to him, but EVERY employee was handling everything at such an incredible caliber. The long lines disappeared, employees were busy but remained sweet and friendly. This Little Caesar’s was operating like the most well oil machine. No doubt it is due to such hardworking and amazing employees. 12/10.

Clean store. Neat place in Rosedale Area. But what really got me at a two star rating was how overly baked my pizza was. Way too crunchy too enjoy. I know some little crunch can be good but this was too much.
