As a neighbor and regular customer, I just want to say how much I appreciate our local Pizza Pizza.
You can truly see how hard the owner works every single day. They’re always there making sure everything runs smoothly, customers are happy, and the food is fresh. It’s not easy running a business like that, and the effort definitely does not go unnoticed.
Living nearby, we come in often, and we’re always greeted with friendly service and great food. It’s nice to have a place in the neighborhood that cares so much about their customers and the community.

My experience at this Pizza Pizza was terrible. The bald old guy working there was rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I will not be coming back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they fix their attitude and service.
As you can see how the ingredients were missing on pizza and pizza hadn’t been cut and the crust had not risen as it should have .

Wow this place went down hill. Went in to get a slice. Ordered a diet coke, pepperoni slice and fries.I get my order and its a cheese slice and regular coke. He puts the heated slice of cheese pizza back to get reheated again for another customer. My slice is then heated (ended up being cold).
Cashier puts my bag of fries in a bag without any container to hold them so the grease is dripping through the bag. He then grabs a handful of ketchup packs I didn’t ask for or wamt and throws them right in with the fries. This would have been fine if at any point he washed his hands after handling people’s cash before doing this but instead he took there cash then grabbed ketchup and put it right in with my fries.
There wasn’t one point during this transition where the cashier was friendly, said thanks or even a “it’ll be ready shortly” after messing up my order. Doesn’t listen at all and just rushing the clientele out.
Do not recommend even for a pop in. Unhygienic and impolite.

I have ordered pizza pizza many times from other locations. This experience was not the same and usual standard I have experienced. I have asked for hot sauce on half of the pizza and for it to be well done. It was the first time I have ordered the XXL pizza and true disappointment and from this location. The pizza dough was not baked through and was almost raw below the toppings even with the mention of well done and hot sauce was all over and not just half as requested. I recon even the raccoons will not touch it until garbage day comes. My word of advice is save your money and the stomach pains either choose a different location or check your pizza before accepting it.

The reception was on point, I was acknowledged and greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant.
Initially quoted me the incorrect price for an item and suggested I was referring to a previously available now inactive promotion.
However after politely and briefly reassuring the young gentleman with details and time frames further elaborating of my awareness regarding the menu item and price info. He eventually confirmed my info to be correct and acknowledged his error.
When I received my order the pizza box was opened for my viewing.
I couldn’t help but notice what quickly seemed to be a party size box with a pizza that looked much smaller then I’ve ever seen or received when ordering before.
I wasn’t able to wait for another to be made. Also very near closing time.
And I don’t like any level of potential conflict.
Personally don’t feel comfortable or confident in people and their handling of my food after I’ve initially disproved of the first attempted order.
The pizza was definitely smaller then intended. If a small size pizza had separately been added to the Party pizza size I order it would have made up for the portion that mysteriously was none existent.
As well as the pizza was abnormally extremely thin and cut Disproportionately.
Having no other food options at the time, the pizza was consumed. What little of it was there to eat tasted better then it looked but I was very unimpressed and by no means got my money’s worth.
Hopefully they support better training and standards However I won’t be ordering from that location to ever find out.

Pizza was good however it was past the 60 minute delivery guarantee and pizza pizza won’t refund. I have emailed and received 1 response on how the phone number is wrong so I responded with the right one as I have 3 and they have if ored me past that. Don’t reccomened ordering delivery through an app or pre paying. Cash is the way to go especially when they’re late. As they clearly won’t back up their policy once they have your money .

I walked in and asked for a X-large cheese pizza. I thought we would have to wait but the gentleman turned around and grabbed one from behind him. I was confused as it wasn’t under a heat lamp or being kept warm in anyway, I figured it was something someone had just ordered then cancel. He handed it to me & I specifically asked is it fresh ? He said yes and opened it up. I should have known by the way it looked but I trusted his words since I wasn’t able to touch it or eat it of course. I get home & this pizza take a bite and like it’s been sitting there since yesterday. I am not impressed. I specifically asked the guy if it was fresh and told it was. Next time I will wait the 10-20 minutes for a fresh one. VERY DISAPPOINTED

You walk in and the two men behind the counter don’t acknowledge you. Mid order the guy at the register just walked away…? So another guy tried to help us. He screwed up our order. Big difference between the plant based chicken sandwich and the original. Got home and was served real meat. Greasy. The bun was soaked.
