Food was amazing. Fried and sauced wings were absolute perfection. Drinks were stuff and steady, love it. Only knocked off 1 star for atmosphere, not judging, but people can’t be smoking inside nowadays. Guy at the end of the bar before you get to the table was lighting them back.

Good food. That good old school dive bar atmosphere. They still smokin like it’s 1969 in there but if you can stand the second hand smoke buzz there’s cheap food, good beer, and better times to be had!! Jimmy is the man

Atmosphere is not a five only because you are allowed to smoke and it does smell of smoke. That being said we still like going there despite that for the good food and friendly service.

I was pleasingly shocked when I entered this establishment. Shiny clean! Great menu and history behind the place. Food was great and service was the same. Thank you!

First time visiting Harrisburg. This place was lively with great drinks and food and a nice mix of people. Came here twice over the weekend!

Came in with 3 people. Paul the bartender was rude and short. Ask for suggestions got “everything” as a response. GF ordered a tequila and coke, got a shot of tequila w/ coke back (not what she ordered) we were charged for the shot and the soda. Seemed like a sneaky tactic (I know bar business well). 6$ we’ll drink ended being 9$. I asked for soda water charges 2$ for it. This might be how they actually do business but I have been in there before and ordered the same exact drinks and wasn’t charged this way. Called back to verify and Jimmy (who was nice as can be) replies with “that’s what we always do”. Maybe it is and that’s great but just letting others know. Pretty sure they just don’t like new customers and are comfy with their regulars when it’s busy. Run your place how you like but we will not be back. Food was nothing exciting but was the only thing that I’d give props too, so great job BOH. FOH lacking if your new customer take your money where they appreciate!

Came for Karaoke on the 4th of July and was seriously disappointed by the DJ. BUT… And this is a BIG BUT…. Jerell saved the ENTIRE experience for us… Not only is this man the most fantastic server, making sure drinks are refilled and all needs are consistently met, but he also noticed we were frustrated and explained it wasn’t the normal DJ and convinced us to give them another shot. We did, and I’m NOT, in the slightest disappointed by the DJ Adam. The night was absolutely fantastic. Drinks are great. Food is great. And for the record, Jerell is a gem. Appreciate the employee you have because he is a huge, HUGE, asset to your bar.

Food was pretty decent and cheap. This gets 1 star because of the safety concerns and reaction of staff and patrons.

I was in town for a work trip and went here last Monday 3/10 by myself around 8 pm. A random guy eating at another table came up to me while I was on the phone, gripped my arm and started kissing all over my head and my cheek. He said a few creepy things to me quite loudly and then left after I didn’t give him attention.

The bartender/waiter and all the other patrons did nothing while watching a middle aged man harass a young woman. Nobody came up to him, and nobody checked on me after or offered to make sure I get back safe.

This bar was full of men. I felt so unsafe in that moment especially after seeing everyone turn the other way. The food was fine and if you’re going in a group or you’re a man you’re probably safe, but I’d never recommend a woman go here alone.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt unwelcoming. The waiter, who is also the manager, did not greet us, nor did he make any effort to ensure a positive dining experience.

When our order arrived, the person I was dining with ordered all-flats and the cook decided to give me all their drums. Despite this mistake, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. This level of service was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Additionally, I have been made aware of past incidents involving this restaurant that further reflect a pattern of discriminatory behavior toward Black patrons. Though I won’t detail those incidents here, I cannot ignore the implications they carry about the establishment’s attitude toward people of color.

This experience was deeply upsetting, and I will not be returning. I strongly urge others to think twice before dining here, as it’s clear that providing respectful and inclusive service is not a priority for this business.
