Whoever is checking these orders, please double-check. This is the second time I’m ordering chicken noodle soup and I’m getting cream of chicken and wild rice soup. I didn’t order that. My receipt says chicken noodle. I’m not mad, just for future orders, please get it right. Thank you.

I rarely visit this chain restaurant because most meals are overpriced and sandwiches are skimpy. Generally, you get mediocre bistro style food in a modern cafeteria style dining restaurant. The variety of bread and pastry options is one of the best thing about this restaurant. Had an offer for the new menu items and decided to try one when I was nearby for lunch. Ordered via the app, which is great and makes it easier and faster to get your meals. Dined in the restaurant and it was busy, but still had enough seating available; it did get a lot quieter and empty after half hour. Dining area was kept clean and organized. The sandwich was very good, but felt that it needed some more of the protein/chicken; only had about 2-3 small slices of chicken per half sandwich. Overall, the flavor was very good, but it’s definitely not worth it at the full price of almost $14 for a full sandwich.

First impression of panera is modern, clean, comfortable atmosphere, adequate seating and adequate parking. Staff is cordial. Sandwiches are prepared fresh, but it is evident that the ingredients were made ahead of time, unknown where. Priced like a restaurant, this cafeteria style eatery serves breakfast and lunch. Maybe I’m out of touch with prices, but $3 seems a bit much for a self serve fountain soda. $2.59 for a 16 ounce bottle of water if you were curious.
I got a bacon turkey bravo sandwich. The best part of this sandwich was the tomato basil bread and the signature sauce. Notably, the sandwich was not overly salty as some deli meat and bacon is high in sodium. I was quite surprised the sandwich was not toasted at all, inside or out. The bacon was thick, but did not taste fresh. Sandwiches come with a free bag of chips. This was a second visit. Overall, I feel the sandwiches here are a step above a gas station or 7-11 sandwich, which is better than anything on subways menu. I wouldn’t not return, but I also wouldn’t suggest going here. For these prices, I’d prefer to be in a restaurant and have everything made fresh with larger portions.

Did online pickup. Got an email that the order was ready. It wasn’t in the pickup area. After waiting an hour for my food and notifying staff twice that the order said it was ready, was told someone might have taken my order. Also I am preganant and threw up in the bathroom because I was so hungry and they were rude about it when I notified them.

(UPDATED REVIEW) So reliable , food is consistently excellent! Really on the ball with turnaround time also.

Update- the quality service and turnaround has recently been very inconsistent. I waited 40 minutes after arriving in the store for a mobile order. I realized they had a sudden rush, but became annoyed when I saw customers that ordered in store after I arrived getting their food before me . The next time I ordered here, I came in for a to go order . I had to eat a cold sandwich , because it sat ( unbeknownst to me) on the dine in counter, while I waited needlessly.
I hope my last two visits were just a hiccup, and not a sign of decline as this place has previously been so good.

All locations i have been to are about the same. I have never had a bad experience at any of them. Food is excellent and costs between $10 & $25 depending on what you like.

The food at this location is always great, the rest of it… wow! For starters if you order in, be prepared to wait, because online orders take priority. You can be standing there for 10-15 minutes with no one around you, waiting as they fill online orders, but it gets worse. Should you order something from the bakery, the people at the counter (provider someone is there and acknowledges you) tells you to get it in the back, in the back they tell you to go to the counter. It’s a big back and fourth that’s just annoying. Once you sit down, the tables are usually dirty, and more often then not there’s a loud group of children misbehaving, that no one does anything about! Where is the manager? I’ve only ever seen on guy in a different colored shirt, and he looks to be about 15, and is more interested in having conversations about nonsense with the girl making the food then in doing anything else. I had enough of the mess and the kids so I started being one of those to order online and eat at my desk and THATS when they stop caring about getting the order right, because after all who’s going to come in to complain? For me it’s an inconvenience, what about people with allergies or diabetes? That’s dangerous! The online orders they seem to prioritize are right about 50% of the time, and if you think you’re getting utensils, think again! I love Panera, this is the only location near work, so I tolerate it, but why do the higher ups?

Had a great experience today. Wife had the summer salad which was fresh with strawberries , blueberries , pineapple and chicken. Dressing was light but tasty. Have it with a side of broccoli and cheddar soup. She enjoyed it. We also tried one of the new flatbreads . Got the chipotle chicken and would recommend it . Especially if you eat it there and it’s crispy and hot. The chipotle sauce had a great smokey taste. Restaurant was clean and quick service.

I have mobiled ordered from here a few times. The orders are rarely waiting on the shelf despite the app saying they’ve been fulfilled.
