I love that the orders are accurate even when we make it complicated. My partner has issues holding the Sunday cups so we ask for it in a taller cup and they can make a concrete unblended and it’s exactly what she wants. Perfect service

The service was slow. It took 30 minutes to get four concretes. The staff seemed unorganized and the restaurant smelled like dirty mop water. I have been here before and it was usually better.

Great burger and the Fry’s with the fry sauce is awesome. Easy location to find and the dining room was clean as was the restrooms. The employees was very nice.

Saw Chicago dog on the menu, looked pretty good. When I opened the box up it looked like this. No problem, as long as it tastes good. When I say this is the worst hot dog I’ve had in my whole life. & I’ve been poor so I’ve had a lot of hot dogs. My stomach is churning as I type this. I keep drinking my coffee and the boiled hot dog taste keeps coming back. The aftertaste is more prominent than the actual hot dog. I’d give anything to make it go away . Fiancé also had the steak burger & said it was a 1/10. Very greasy. We only have one toilet so this should be fun.

We moved from Ga 14 months ago and finally gave Freddy’s a try. We were so disappointed in ourselves for waiting so long, the food is AMAZING!!! The burgers had the old time diner flavor, the fries were delicious and the amount was fantastic. We also tried the custard and it was so much better than I expected (I’ve never had custard). Needless to say, we will be back! Also, the manager was on top of his game and you could tell he cared.

New place that just opened really really good hamburgers staff is extremely friendly if you have a question they’ll answer it with a smile I will definitely be going back everything was delicious and another good thing is they also do a military discount definitely worth going to I only wish I would have ordered more food that’s how good it was

Why does the “frozen custard” just taste like soft serve ice cream now? I’m going to try a different location, but the past few times I’ve been here, it did not taste like a concrete. The texture is way off.

Double Steakburger California Style with onion rings and the wife had Chicken Tenders with fries. It was decent. My rings were a bit greasy, but everything else was decent. Custard machine was having issue so will comeback just to try their Hawaiian.

This is the best Freddy’s burger and cheese curds I’ve EVER had. I’ve been to Freddy’s in Texas and Tennessee. These others have been very good but not as perfect to me as this one in Russellville.
Kudos to the cook on those burgers smashed to perfection and the taste wonderful.
