I like to get a pizza, a pasta, and a dessert once a week from Domino’s. I order it delivery every week, and it is always such a joy having the deliverer ring the door bell. Not only are they satisfying my hungry, but they are all such kind and genuine people. Whoever hired the current crew of delivery drivers, good job getting them on your team. I was very disjointed in this place when I asked for two pizza one with marine sauce one with Alfred sauce the guy said if your Algeria with marine sauce why are u order will why are u questions it one was for my husband and one is for me thanks for being conservative but it’s enough your buiness And when I got there I want to order something else little did I know are pizza was ready he never told me that and I order something else his like will I would have to put you down at the end the line and he just let our pizza sit there and was totley talk to employee and act know me So I saw another employee he gave me my money back You need to learn to communicate better And learn better people skills some place would drop.what there doing and go out there way to make it than to happen them to wait and let there pizza just sit there and get cold then be on a warm Oh maybe in the future you could be more careful.om watching the thin crust pizza cause it look burden just heads up

Took advantage of the 50% off promo via the app. Pizza itself was decent. Seemed to be a little more cooked than other Domino’s orders. Crust was a little darker and crisper. Toppings and sauce were as expected for a Domino’s pizza. Order was ready quickly, and updates were accurate.

The food has always been prepared properly. I have never experienced a mistake. The staff are polite and fast to respond to people at the counter. The inside of the building is clean. I would not really call it a restaurant. There is no indoor seating, but the carry-out and delivery are consistent, and consistency is the most important thing in a chain pizza place like this.
The online ordering, while slow and a bit tedious, is not the fault of this individual location. 5/5

So the Dominos on East North St. in Rapid City, SD is a mixed bag of sorts. One delivery the pizza is great, the next not so much. Today I ordered a sandwich and a pasta bowl. These are probably prepackaged meals but I wanted something simple. Oh boy was I surprised! Let’s start off with the sandwich. It was much smaller in size than they used to be for starters. My sandwich was cut in half, and it had very little meat and bacon bits in it but it was mostly bread. For the price it was way overpriced for what I actually got and things only get worse from here. The pasta bowl I opened up was about half full. It looked like someone ate their half then gave me the rest!! I took a picture of it fresh from opening it. I hadn’t one bite yet. I was extremely disappointed with the food. The service is very good and timely, but when your a food based company and the food is somewhat blah most don’t care about the service at that point. I think this Domino’s does some things very well such as pizza’s. Which makes sense since it is a pizza place, but this place should stay away from the other sides and focus on what they do great. With today’s prices steadily going up, places need to be on top of their craft. This place is not quite there yet. I for one think I am going to stop ordering from this place after today. My money is much more valuable than below par food. We as consumers deserve much better than this.

Food’s good, workers are nice, but don’t come here at night. Had some dude screaming nonsense in the lobby and the street outside felt sketchy with people hanging around. Fine during the day, but after dark it’s a no from me.
