recently visited this gyro restaurant and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve had. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and fresh. The pita bread was soft and warm, and the toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were crisp and flavorful. The tzatziki sauce was creamy and balanced everything perfectly.

Ever since they switched management or employees whatever happened the food been getting worse and worse I literally called after I placed a DoorDash order so my food could be made right the food was made completely bogus after I explained to them how I wanted it and he agreed to make it that way I asked him to add nacho cheese to my sandwich because there’s no option on doordash and extra of everything else as well he did the complete opposite and when I called to complain he tried to argue with me saying he made it the way I asked and I told him I’m literally looking at the sandwich rn and it’s not how I asked it to be made there was no extra onion bell pepper nothing plus no nacho cheese he said it costs when I called back why did you agree to do it in the first place when I called the first time just a whole bunch of bs plus the cake look like it’s already been bitten or something! The fries had no extra lemon pepper barely any at all barely any meat on the sandwich etc and the only reason I’m writing a review is because this is like the 4th time I’ve had this experience with them !

I’ve been to Chicago Grill a handful of times and have never been disappointed. Their quality of their food is great, and you cannot beat the prices. Five stars from me.

I mean, it’s not a place to sit down. And eat, but it’s got good food. So far I haven’t struck out you can get a sandwich and fries and a pop for about 12 to $13 and very tasty. There are no dining tables, maybe just for a place for a couple to sit. But that’s about it more of a takeout

Only giving 3 star on atmosphere, but to be fair, is not a sit down establishment. Everything else has been a good experience. Giving 5 stars for price and quality of food. Me and my man eat her atleast once a week. We haven’t had issues until last light. I woke up and I started projectile vomiting and no it wasn’t just coming out of one end but both! Not even an hour after I started my man started doing the same thing. This is first time I’ve ever had food poisoning but it’s crazy! Clearly Their not being as clean as they should be!
