Guys… come on. This pizza was like $13 + delivery and tip. Can we please put toppings on the entire crust and cook it all the way (especially when it’s ordered extra done)?

I put in an online order yesterday, so my only interaction was with the delivery driver, Julia. Delivery was fast. She was so friendly and pleasant. Absolutely the kind of person you want as the face of your business. My order also was correct and delicious, thank you to those in store as well! Y’all earned this review!

While ordering through the app during peak times, I understand I have to wait almost an hour for the pizza. What I got, however, was not worth the wait.
It was a simple, no frills order of cheesesticks and pepperoni pizza. The cheesesticks were mostly bread with a sprinkling of cheese and the pepperoni pizza was comparatively the same, just with sauce and pepperoni.
The service rating is mostly for the convenience of the app so I don’t have to call in to a seemingly improperly trained employee.
I typically like Papa John’s, but this location is always found wanting.
Gave this store a second shot, but no improvement in quality or service. Waited 2+ hours for a single pizza.

I’d ordered a pizza off of the website for delivery, and upon dropoff two delivery people greeted me instead of one. My issue is that neither employee decided to wait to tell me what had happened with my pizza, and after receiving the order they both immediately left. I opened the box and to my surprise my pizza was utterly destroyed, half of it barely edible with a fork. It looked as though it was dropped or half of the toppings were sprawled on the ceiling of the cardboard box. Very disappointed. One of which was a girl in shorts & the other seemed to be her boyfriend who ACTUALLY worked there.

We’ve gotten delivery two times recently and the food has almost been too hot to eat, in a good way. Everything is fresh. They’ve been very prompt in delivering and we haven’t had any issues.

I made a mistake on my online order on 10/12 and the manager was patient and kind enough to honor the correct coupon. I really appreciated this so much ! So have had pizza here on and off for last 20 yrs. Honestly was not that impressed with this experience. The pizza was hot and seemed fresh but just was not the usual great pizza, I mean it was edible, but not great pizza like I use to expect from them. Tried the jalapeno popper bites and they were kinda nasty and I usually love things like that. We ordered the epic stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, for once I wish I had just went with pizza hut

Overnight guy has attitude wont communicate and will only assist if he feels like it , he ignored us and when we called he answered ready to take an order but once he found out it was us he said the store was closed ? so why answer and say if i was placing a pick up order ?? and just kept hiding in the back when we were at the door , white guy with long hair
