3/4/26 The lady at the window name annette is so rude, disrespectful and lazy! The lady at the window needs to be demoted, and sent to the back, that way she won’t be so rude to customers. customer service is a zerooo and she’s Very impatient, if a person is trying to pay, u wait that’s it, she does not know the definition of good/ poor performance and hers was poor. Rude taking orders, rude getting pay, the doors close at 10 and the store close at 11 I understand you’re about to get off work but have some decency to handle situations and a person food better than 11-year-old child.

Zero stars! This is the 2nd attempt at ordering the Twister and this is what I received! No tomatoes, hardly any lettuce and no cheese that I paid extra for. Unacceptable! Get it together!

This KFC has become a favorite for my 4 boys. The boys love the flowers on all of the tables and the kind ladies behind the counter. The bathrooms could use a little more attention but we do appreciate this location. In particular, Ms Crystal is a good leader and she always takes good care of her customers. Thank you KFC!

Horrible service, horrible food, and horrible managers. We arrived an hour before close and ordered honey bbq wings and a honey bbq sandwich combo. The staff told me to wait around the corner. The manager came out a bit later and acted like I was loitering even though I just paid her. She had a nasty, terrible attitude. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order they didn’t give us the bbq wings and didn’t provide the fries. This was the first time I went to this KFC and it’ll be the last. Clown show establishment run by clown show people.

I visited here today (10/31/25 are 5:00pm). While waiting for my order in the drive thru, I witnessed the woman that took my order scratch and dig in her weave/wig. She then proceeded to bag my order and hand it to me. She never greeted me at the window or said anything to complete the transaction. I rarely come here but after that I never will. I see why this location is almost at 2 stars.

Normally good, but They’re not making the original honey bbq wings correctly. They’re real spicy with almost no BBQ sauce. I got the same wings at Wesley chapel and on panola rd. Both locations nailed it. I was craving more… Sadly, I’m disappointed in this Stonemountian location.

Food is good, But service terrible & a lot of menu items they don’t have it they say for all locations. They don’t sell certain things on the menu, and unlike them most places, you have to order it online if you wanna get rewards on the app, and even when you do ordered on the app online, you still gotta walk in or go in the drive-through no curbside pick up or delivery and that’s Horrible most places give the option to scan the QR code or receipt or you can order it online but you don’t have to walk inside or in the drive-through you get curbside pick up. The only reason I even went to KFC that day was because it was Sunday, Chick-fil-A was closed, and the Burger King employees were just playing around instead of taking orders. Unfortunately, KFC wasn’t much better — their service was slow, and their system feels outdated compared to most other places.

Let the lady behind me steal my order! Friday I came here and got two 6 piece spicy wings and wedges and they told me there will be a wait and told me to pull around. The lady that was behind me parks in front of me ordering the same thing and had to wait. Ten minutes later, the worker looks confused and gave an order to the lady and the lady left. A few minutes later, the lady who took my order comes out and says did I order a spicy wings all flat I said no and we both realize the lady in front of me stole my order and got an extra 6 wings and wedges for free! She told me pull up at the drive thru and she will give me my food where I had to wait and got my second order, I received no apology or nothing!
