The employee BRANDON was very rude on the phone. My brother placed an order and it was canceled by the store so he called to see why. BRANDON was rude. Very hostile. Instead of just explaining what happened and why it was canceled. I was finna pay for another order and BRANDON made it seem as if he wanted it for free. I’ve never been treated in this manner and I feel as if BRANDON didn’t want to service us and only gave us one option to order which was a thin crust pizza. And his money was still taken off the card with NO FOOD. BRANDON was so rude I don’t even trust him to make my food or my brother food. Do Better BRANDON! Poor Customer Service!

Definitely the best pizza fast hot ready perfection to the fussiest of specific order customers as another reviewer stated previously.

The pizza was hot no less, perfection and very, very tasty. Every topping is perfect, perfect cooked stuffed crust and as if eating in, not delivered!

This was one of the very best Pizza Hut pizzas of any location I have ever ordered from!

The delivery driver Saturday February 17, 2024 at about 5:10 pm was polite, courteous and is well deserving of tips. He is family friendly and very polite, fast!

Let me say this! this is the worst Pizza Hut experience I ever experienced! My mother has been feeding us Pizza Hut probably since I’m 7 to 10 years old and I am 53 years old the worst experience ever! Service was great atmosphere was great the pizza crust was white looking, pasty, pale and hard! I guess the whiteness mean it was old there was no sauce on the pizza I choked eating this cardboard Pizza the toppings was very minimum you can barely find the banana peppers and onions and bacon all you seen was pepperonis like I said I’m still looking for the sauce on my pizza! I had the nerves to reheat it that made it worse the dough was harder than a brick and it really made the sauce that was never there evaporated! I still feel the hard crust sitting in my throat! the worst, the worst, the worst! I use my hard earned points for this pizza what a waste! even my cat didn’t want to share a piece with me like she always do that was a sign in itself!!!!! Do better Pizza Hut I starved all day long moving and I did not want to cook you ruined my night!! And trust me this review is not to get a free pizza I wouldn’t want a free pizza after having to leave this review! You definitely won’t be seeing me at this location ever again lesson learned! But I would damn sure love to have my points back! Times is hard out here no one has money to waste! If you’re going to produce a product make sure you do it right and stop wasting people money and GAS! Shame on you for putting the product out like that and serving it to somebody you ought to be ashamed of yourself you wouldn’t let your mother eat it! Our would you? Dried out hard sauceless Pizza! This is the closest Hut to us for delivery and despite some issues with trainees, availability and running out of stuff because of demand, the staff really seem to keep it together and provide great pizzas and sides. Even if they have to make a substitution and we play phone tag, they still provide really great quality food. System went down and we still got hot pizza. Thanks!!!

Extremely hot in the lobby. Why no AC? It was a long wait time too to be sitting in a room with no AC! My order was actually ready and they just wouldn’t hand it to me. And I told them what I was waiting on. Poor service. One of the employees seems sober-ish, the other who I told about the order apparently just didn’t care.

The mangers & employees were rude disrespectful and I don’t ever think I would support Puzza Hut again. The white employees treated the black customers differently than they did non black customers while I was there. I witnessed the racism and unfair treatment that occurred and I’m highly offended veteran. The mangers unprepared for the promotion and his professionalism went out the window. Well the app keeps saying that the location doesn’t take that coupon… the coupon they gave us for their bad service… so, I called the store and they said, yeah, that is not a great way to give compensation and they don’t agree with corporate doing that. So… the coupon can’t be used? “Yeah, pretty much.” is the only answer we got. Don’t waste your time ordering from here. Just go to any of a thousand of their competitors and be treated like a customer that they WANT the business from. I know that we will from now on.
