Very upset about my trip. I spent over $1 in dimes and nickels trying to win a prize and then once I actually got it I went up to the front counter and they told me they were no longer doing it. They did not for me a refund, they didn’t apologize or anything. Take the damn thing down before I waste valuable money. (Picture for proof). Food was good but I just felt cheated. Corporate I’d like an explanation please.

On 6/28/25at 1:32 pm I placed an order from the app. A whopper, medium drink and medium fries/ rings. Got home my side was not in the bag. Went back requested my sides and new burger since mine’s was cold at this point. The fries were refried, the onion rings were not crispy and the new burger was probably my old one with a re-heated bottom bun. That bun was hard as heck. They kept my receipt, so i could not review them on the BK app itself. Dont think that is how you treat customers. And for the window clerk who did the “quote un quote” gesture with your finger, I saw you…. Yes you guys forgot my side and yes my burger was cold. $12.00 down the drain for something i had to put in the trash

Status update. Returned around 8:30pm to voice my concerns, since the mobil app was no help… Thank you Kelly for your amazing customer service and problem resolution skills. Keep up the good work.

We placed an online order for our food for pick up thru the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for 3 minutes and no one said anything over the intercom despite me saying hello multiple times. I pulled up to the window after waiting over 5 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order. The young man at the drive thru didn’t welcome me or anything but once I informed him of my order, he proceeded to grab it and hand it to me without saying a single word. Extremely disappointed with this visit and the unprofessional staff. Do better BK, do better.

I am writing to formally report an extremely negative experience I had at your 1670 Eastchase Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76120 location on September 29, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM.

While placing my order, the cashier attempted to charge me for the wrong order, failed to give me the drinks I paid for, and left out my jalapeño poppers. When I raised the issue, the order was not corrected, and instead of receiving assistance, I was treated with hostility.

Specifically:
• The female employee with purple hair took a photo of me without my consent while on the clock.
• She then cussed me out in front of other customers.
• Another employee named Maverick joined in, and the two of them were laughing and cussing me out together.
• When I asked the manager to instruct the employee to delete the photo and correct my order, the manager did nothing. He neither addressed the misconduct nor corrected my food order.

This behavior left me feeling harassed, disrespected, and humiliated as a customer. It is completely unacceptable and falls far below the standards expected of Burger King employees and management. As a paying customer, I was not only denied the food I ordered but also subjected to public mistreatment.

I am requesting that this complaint be taken seriously, that disciplinary action be taken against the employees and manager involved, and that I be contacted regarding the outcome.

Haven’t had Burger King in a very long time. I got the 7 trio deal and ordered the chicken sandwich, which was ok. The bread was on the dry side, but flavor wasn’t bad. The whopper jr was just your basic burger and I got the fries. I also ordered onion rings on the side, which I haven’t had in a long time, so it was nice to have and kind of reminded me of my childhood. Overall a decent meal.

The food isn’t great. It’s burger king. You know if you like it or not. BUT. THIS PLAYGROUND YALL!!!! If you’ve got a kiddo that is in the age range to play in a playplace.. this is the best one in the area! The entire location has been recently updated (probably because chikfila is building a location across the street) and let me tell you.. we will be HERE before we go to chikfila… because we know cfa hasn’t been putting playgrounds in their new locations and that is a requirement for us. I don’t care that burger king food isn’t good. It’s the staff and the absolutely amazing playground that sells me.

Pretty disappointed when asked if they have an allergen menu because Im allergic to dairy. Was told no. In pretty sure the guy I talked to doesn’t understand what an allergen menu is because he told me the mozzarella sticks don’t have dairy..when the main ingredient is cheese which is in fact dairy. If you are allergic to anything, don’t go here

Wow…I mean wow…customer service…its like they don’t even care…”manager” included. I went in with my son and ordered a kids meal. My son spotted a display with cheetos in it. He loves cheetos. I ask if it comes with the meal.No. OK can I purchase it separately. No we don’t sell it. Okay now you can you guess my next question? Then why do you have it displayed if it’s an item you don’t sell? I got an eye roll. So I placed my order and I say thank you and I get a grunt with another eye roll. I say have a nice day I get a huh. Well anyway the food was okay the play area is very large which is nice. it looks like they are remodeling. Other than that after reading all the reviews which are almost all negative, this is probably the worst place I’ve ever been. Corporate needs to look into it. There’s ONE guy there, his name is Don, who is ACTUALLY doing his job.

Whopper Wednesday! Woo-hoo!
Only negative: a clearly non-handicapped employee parking in a handicapped space. Shame on him!

Update, 09/23/25:
I went through the drive-thru today and ordered 8 chicken nuggets with ranch dressing, plus an order of fries.
When I got home I discovered I had received only 6 nuggets and no sauces of any kind, not even ketchup for my fries.
Pretty pathetic. Also, I got somebody else’s receipt, so I can’t even leave a survey to tell them what a lousy job they did today.
I’ve been a pretty regular customer here for years. That may change, especially since there’s a Chick-Fil-A being built across the street.
Wake up, BK!

Update:

After an absence of several years, we’ve tried this location again.

It is vastly better. Service is friendly and professional. Food is well-prepared. The interior is clean.

We will definitely put this BK in higher rotation.

I had lunch at this particular store today. It was okay. The bread tasted stale, but the meat had that flame-grilled flavor I like. Fries were actually pretty good; I enjoyed them.

The drink machine had a problem, of course; it seems there’s always something wrong with it. Today it ran out of ice.

Service was mixed. The woman at the register was completely indifferent. No “Welcome to Burger King” or “Thanks for your order” or anything that, you know, resembled actual customer service. On the other hand, a young guy who was working there seemed friendly and appreciative. And the man who was cleaning the tables was extremely friendly and helpful, and did an excellent job at keeping the place looking good.

Overall, I suppose it’s better than going hungry. It’s sad to see a once-leading fast-food chain go downhill like this.
