The food was amazing, service was wonderful, even with tons of special requests, they got everything right, very reasonable prices, atmosphere both cozy and spacious. We were very pleased with everything!

The portions were more than adequate without being overwhelming. Very tasty food. I’m a sucker for chicken fried steak with gravy for breakfast and am always disappointed when a restaurant skimps on the gravy. They did not disappoint me! My wife had their special, which was potato pancakes. She thought they were delicious. The only points I deducted were for the atmosphere and that was just a quibble about the parking which was strip mall and inadequate in front.

This hole-in-the-wall place is a hidden gem. It sits in a small strip of businesses that looks like an office building. The food and service have been excellent every time we’ve gone here. It’s reasonably priced and they have a great selection. We’ll definitely be back.

As i was passing through Green Bay, I found this place searching for breakfast spots. The place seems a little hidden as it is in a shopping center from the street, but once inside, it is just pure deliciousness. I got the mushroom omlette, and my girl got the Salisbury steak, and both dishes were just perfection. I wanted to try so much more, but I was full. My only hope is that I come back through really soon to try the Stuffed French Toast which I don’t get food envy very often but when I saw the waitress walk past me it looked like a dream with whipped cream and Strawberries. Definitely try this place you will not be dissapointed.

Oak street has some great food but we aren’t likely to be back anytime soon, both due to service and cleanliness. A poor kid threw up at his table and not a single girl standing around behind the counter did anything. Our waiter was busy with most of the tables and couldn’t stop to help but i noticed a blonde girl in a blue sweater make eye contact with the parent TWICE and actively turned around and walked away/ was suddenly busy helping customers. The parent cleaned up the entire thing and when i (loudly) told him to just leave it since they literally are letting you stew in your son’s juices and they can come finish cleaning, suddenly she comes over saying “here let me help” after the parent had already done all the cleaning up. Her and a fellow waitress “cleaned” up but left ALL of the CONTAMINATED table dressings on the table (that the kid LITERALLY threw up on). The ketchup, the salt and pepper, everything. I have been to some dives where someone has defecated on their seat and it was handled swiftly and immediately and I would return to them due to the quick and kind nature of the service. The parent was too stressed and nice to say anything so I defintely will on their behalf because i’m honestly apalled. It was a good five minutes before ANYONE even helped, even after three people (a wonder elderly woman, the parent, and myself) tried to ask for help or a wet towel or SOMETHING. The male waitress was the only one to bring them an actual physical towel when he had the chance instead of swinging by to throw napkins at the issue and let the parent do all the work. My mother and I were grossed out and upset at the way these parents were treated.

Not only is the food excellent (my new favorite breakfast spot) but the value is also really good. The price for what you get is totally worth it and thats not even to mention whatever kind of bacon they have is some of the most flavorful best cooked ive had about anywhere shy of a bra, illian steakhouse! Please patron this place so it never closes!

Atmosphere it says café, think large Cafe open space with tables and a counter. Fast, friendly, home-cooked food. Sit talk and eat and talk and drink coffee. Perfect for visiting or for a quick breakfast.

We were in town for a wedding and stopped Sunday morning for breakfast. Packer Sunday, so all the staff were well decked out in Packer gear! We had Kristy as a waitress and she was wonderful and personable. I had stuffed French toast with the strawberries on the side, eggs and bacon and my husband had the “works” scramble with a side of corn beef hash. Portions were good sized and the price was reasonable. It was most impressive watching the kitchen and wait staff work. Well oiled machine from high school kids on up. Recommend!
