The staff is polite ! But they really do need to be Taught How to stack cheese with papers….
So the cheese Does NOT stick together and also so you Do Not use Too Many papers or Stack the Cheese in a Weird Way….

DO IT THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR CHEESE TO BE DONE ,SO IT IS NOT STUCK TOGETHER AND SO IT DOES NOT FALL APART TRYING TO GET IT APART…. IT SHOULD BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND NOT STACKED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER…. ONE PIECE OF CHEESE SHOULD NEVER TOUCH THE OTHER…. YOU SHOULD TAKE THE TARE OFF FOR THE AMOUNT OF TISSUES YOU USE IN ADDITION TO THE BAGGIE…
THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT PAY THE COST OF THAT IN ADDITION TO THE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT.
THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE AND CONSUMABLE AND NOT A FRUSTRATION WHEN IT IS TAKEN HOME.

I want to like this deli more, but it’s painfully slow and seemingly understaffed or additional staff is slow to react to rushes. I get the fact that Boar’s Head has certain criteria that needs to be met, but there has to be a way to improve the speed at which service is delivered.
