Placed 4 back to back orders on the app, as that’s how I usually place my orders. Typically no issues.
When I walked in from placing the orders, I walked in. Out of courtesy, I explained to the first person (looks like drive thru person) who approached me at the counter. The strangeness of my order. “Redeemed 2, free sandwiches just cause I had the points, in different transactions. Placed a 3rd order. For apple pie thingys/free fries, and a 4th order no redemptions, just a 3rd chicken sandwich. 5 items in total across 4 transactions, because of how the redemption process works.” I told her IF it’s easier, they can place everything collectively. She looked at her order screen, confirmed my name and said “okay” as confirmation that she understood the situation at hand. Cool, thank you mam. 2 bags came out. Checked the order. Missing a chicken sandwich, explained it once again, showed her my phones order history. She said okay and walked away, I waited & waited ~10 minutes pass by, assuming that they were making my last chicken sandwich…. Nah she comes back to tell me that they only see orders for two on her screen and THEN finally gets the manager. Manager has the same confusion, I showed her everything on my end. Proceeds to try to resolve it by getting my last item ordered and going, asks what the item was “spicy chicken, no pickles”. Gets the order out fairly quickly, cool cool. Check the sandwich, pickles ♂️. I show them, they offer to “take the pickles off”. I slightly agree as they attempt to take it to wherever, they “remove pickles station”, It’s not a big deal, I’ll remove them myself at my pickle removing area. Asked for it back. Got my food -5 items- finally out the door 45min~1hr later.
Food was warm and excellent.
