I absolutely loved it! The wait was not long at all even though it was packed. I’ll say it was PERFEXTLY COOKED AND SEASONED. I mean the crab was delicious and tasted fresh! The shrimp was amazing! The sausage absorbed so much flavor and with the steamed rice it was a perfect 10/10 the corn was to DIE for I mean it absorbed soooo much flavor is was insane. And the potatoes were great as well! The lobster was alright I’m not a fan but for a first time it was good! The service was alright nobody would answer my boyfriend when they walked by he was trying to get a drink. They gave us the 10% off for birthdays since it was my birthday! It was perfect!

If you’ve ever been to Vegas and had Crab N Spice, this is very similar. A few less flavors but delicious nevertheless. Highly recommend you try their House 88 sauce and if you like a little heat try it a little hotter than you would normally as it comes out pretty tame. Family friendly and quick service! We were celebrating a birthday so the staff brought a full slice of cheesecake on the house! Such a nice and unexpected treat!

Pier 88 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, offers a great dining experience. We ordered fried tilapia with fries and seafood—everything was delicious! We were a group of four and all enjoyed our meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommended for seafood lovers!

First time came here, enjoy the food and vibe.
We came in an hour before they close and the server was super friendly. The seafood was fresh and appetizers were amazing!
We ordered king crab legs, dungeons crab , fried oysters, hush puppies( basically mashed corns- vegan friendly!) and other stuff!!!
Great experience, will come back again

Perhaps it was an off day for the restaurant… chips and salsa were excellent. The seafood side of the restaurant was a little lacking. The calamari was a bit overcooked and on the chewy side. I don’t care for the breaded style of the shrimp. The boiled shrimp though were good. Ordered sweet potato fries for the kids but something got lost in the translation with the staff in the kitchen. The waitress did allow for correcting the mistake but as you know that would’ve taken time to fix a new batch of sweet potato fries. I would give the restaurant a new try to see if it was a one off .

Great food service could’ve been better they wasn’t very busy. Highly recommend it though the shrimp was on the hot n spicy with just enough to say whoo that’s hot but you can’t stop… It really was good
The price wasn’t outrageous either. I will be going back

Party of 4. Everyone loves seafood but me. I went for my daughter. They loved the food and the prices. But we paid much more! Myself got the chicken strip sandwich and coleslaw and hushpuppies. Only thing I ate was hushpuppies. My daughter took her rings off to not get them dirty. Yes she forgot them. I called back and was told hostess on duty last night wouldn’t be in until 3. So I went. Didn’t see anyone that was working when we were there. I was showed the register drawer with rings in it. But not hers. I realize they could have went in the trash, with the paper tablecloth. But I can’t see them not being found when cleaning the rest of the stuff up. Its no big deal to them.

Overall, not a bad place to get seafood in a landlocked state. It is the typical “boil” style restaurants that seem to be popping up everywhere in the south these days, not that there is anything wrong with that. It’s in the same building as the old On the Border restaurant and it doesn’t look like they changed the layout much from that eatery. They did apply for a liquor license but as of 9/17/2021, it was still pending approval (hopefully they get it).

The inside was interesting and the wait staff was very friendly. The table I was at ordered calamari and oysters on the half shell for appetizers and they weren’t bad at all although I prefer the tentacles when eating calamari and those weren’t included. I liked that the menu had lunch options available during certain hours Monday through Friday and that is what I selected, the 3/4 pound headless shrimp lunch with potatoes and corn. I got the 88 seasoning and medium heat which wasn’t very hot so I’ll go hot next time. The boil was good though and enough for me. Bibs, gloves, and wet wipes were provided to allow you to be tidy and clean up.

Not a bad place to eat at all and since they are new I expect them to even improve. Compared to some of the other places in town that offer similar dining experiences, it is great.

I waited an hour for an order I was told would be ready in 20 minutes. I was told I’d receive a call once it was ready, no call was received and my food was left to wait on the shelf. The staff was rude, which may be due to my 2 calls asking about my food and the business being busy, but I’m not in the business nor am I here to make excuses. I’d recommend an update of your website/app.
