I’ve had more than one uncomfortable and irritating interaction with the same cashier. He interrupted me, laughed in a condescending way, and spoke dismissively while I was just picking up my order. It made a simple interaction unnecessarily rude. Customer service could definitely be improved. or at least fire that specific person

Vegan Options – SO GOOD! I ordered the vegan garlic cheese bread (2), vegan Italiano (3), and custom ordered a vegan pizza (1) with pineapple, beyond sausage, jalapeños, banana peppers, and sun dried tomatoes & it was everything I was hoping for and more fresh, baked to perfection, online tracker was precise, and the delivery was to be expected. This is our go to pizza place. We don’t go anywhere else now because Sarpino’s is that good. ALL of their pizzas are good. We like them so much we got pizza from them once a month to do our sons monthly growth pictures his first year. Don’t worry we got him hooked on Sarpino’s also. We highly recommend this place!

I respect the heck out of this crew! They always have my pizza fresh and ready to go. I am a fan of the XL Alfredo Chicken pizza. Delivery late night is a breeze, and the ingredients are top quality! Burnt, over cooked cheese. Left side (my husband’s side) is better than the right (my side). We called about the issue, the guy wanted us to bring it back. We asked if we could take a picture, nope have to bring it back. Not worth it. I tore the burnt cheese – that was like a thin hard plastic – off and ate it that way. Last time we ordered from here we noticed the same over cooked quality, so we’ll just cross this place off our list. Too bad, the pizza sauce and flat bread of the pizza taste great. They haven’t perfected the cheese part, though…maybe half and half pizzas are trickier (? Idk). I hope others have a better experience.
