Stood in line after paying for our food and waited almost 30 mins and every other customer got their food and when we were still standing their, they finally ask us what we got and said no one put the pizzas in the whole time we were waiting.
They waited until they had no more orders to ask us, smh. This place needs some more training or a serious staffing reform because this is ridiculous. It wasn’t even that busy in the store at all. So now waiting for them to finally put in the pizza. An hour wait just for two damn pizzas. Ridiculous, Lady in the blue hair was saying to her co workers she wasn’t trained on the shift….This Wawa needs some serious night staff changes because this is just insane and a waste of time. Should’ve just went to dominos but we wanted to give Wawa a chance but sadly won’t be doing that again. Dont order the pizza, they’ll just ignore it and forget about it.

I generally come to Wawa only for 2 things – Tesla chargers and coffee .. I like their coffee. Lots of varieties of coffee flavors …. Everything else is so so so expensive inside .. a bag of chips might cost 4,5$ !! Highly expensive .. billing and service good . Overall , apart from coffee , expensive place

I have to change my rating to 1 star due to cashier Ari who was working tonight around 3:30am. She literally went above & beyond to be rude & disrespectful for literally no reason. Management, would like some feedback on what her issue was, we bought coffee and snacks, she would not respond back to us then rolled her eyes @ us & literally walked into a backroom as we were speaking to her. Is there a problem with her customer service, I find this amazing that she can treat customers that. We asked if Ari was her name still debating on if we would report this she told us you do not say my name then rolled her eyes, shook her head & ignored us while walking away with us still talking to her. 100% disrespect & not ok for customer service!!!

I come here every morning and they NEVER have anything under the warmer. If I’m going to work I don’t have 12 mins to wait. It’s actually really sad .. any other Wawa I go to they have breakfast under the warmer, burritos and in the afternoon they have the warmer snacks.. NOT THIS ONE! This will be my last time. I’d rather go out of the way to go to a different Wawa. All the employees they have in the morning yet NEVER anything done like what are yall doing ? Sad!
