It was our first time trying this restaurant, and we went for a Tuesday dinner. There weren’t many people, which we actually preferred since it felt less crowded. The staff was attentive. My husband and I ordered the AYCE, while our kids chose à la carte. We tried a few appetizers and some rolls—the appetizers were good, but the rolls were just okay. We also had the hibachi steak and shrimp, which were good as well. Overall, it was a good experience, though not outstanding. Still, for the price, we really can’t complain.

Come to a sushi buffet sounds really sketchy. When I arrive, I was expecting a bunch of dull looking fish…. That wasn’t the case. Everything is made to order and was fantastic! Look at pictures. Also random their eggroll was phenomenal. The chicken teriyaki was not that great, but we tried it on wimb. Stick sushi and fried items and you will have a good meal.

David, thank you for being an excellent server and listening to my daughter, even though she can be too persistent. You kept our family of 6 occupied and brought three different food items out at well spaced intervals. We enjoyed our first visit and my husband is impressed with the sushi quality $75 for the freshly made buffet items served to 2 adults, 1 kid over 4’6 and the next kid under that.

Great food but the service could use help. The server asked if this was our first time. We said no & and ordered everything at once bc we know how much we can chomp down.
We ordered hibachi and 6 rolls & he looked at our order and turned around to ask if we were sure it wasn’t our first time. & I said “yeah we’ve been here before. Why?” And he said “it’s a lot of rolls” and I just made a confused face & he walked away.
We were under the influence so that’s why we didn’t say anything. But me & my husband were bothered by it after that. We just ate & only tipped $5 bc that was such an unnecessary comment why would you question or judge someone’s food quantity as a server? I was a server before. We ordered everything at once so we didn’t have to bother him. Even tho he only had 2 tables & still wasn’t attentive either… anyways, the other times I’ve been here, are ok. We will just request another server if we come back. The service needs help I guess

10/10 recommend. The food is fresh, the serving sizes are large and the prices are great: I often come in for lunch and have the all you can eat sushi. The fish is so fresh and the margaritas are so good. The staff are very attentive and nice. This is a great place to host friends and family for a large gathering.

We finally tried Edo after hearing about it from so many people and we were definitely not disappointed! They have some sort of happy hour offer every day of the week including the weekends. For all you can eat the kids are charged by their heights and you have 2 options for the leftovers either charge it and leave it or pay a set price and take leftovers home. They are also very allergen friendly and the service was amazing! Every piece of sushi was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!

There’s nothing special here.
Was seated quickly. Had the All You Can Eat sushi. It was mediocre at best. Bland, wet, way too much avocado, and they acted like there was a rice shortage.
The sauces were edible, but uninspiring, without much flavor. The fish tasted as if it had been long frozen and given up any chance of flavor. Pretty sure it had food coloring added, because the freshness was seriously lacking. The spicy wasn’t even noticeable. I’ve had fish and chips with more flavor.
The temperature of what was served was not the best as well.
It looks pretty, but tasted disappointing.
The environment was ok, minus the massive table in the center of the room piled with what can only be described as the employee hangout area.
Overall extremely disappointed by the quality, the taste and the overall appeal of this restaurant.

Absolutely amazing experience at Edo Japan!

We ordered two of the chicken noodle full bowls and the veggie bowl—all of them were packed with flavor, generous portions, and so comforting. The broth was rich, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the veggies fresh and vibrant (the tofu was a great texture as well)

Their bubble teas are on sale! Super cheap and the size is HUGE. Our top picks were the mango boba (fruity and refreshing) and the brown sugar milk tea boba (sweet, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent). Each drink was perfectly made and they were really really good!

The kids were obsessed with the yam sushi—definitely a surprise hit! It was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Which we didn’t expect from a vegetarian sushi.

Edo Japan is a win for the whole family…delicious food, great variety, and something for everyone. We’ll definitely be back!

Our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. If you like sushi this really is a good deal. We had the dinner all you can eat and it is A LOT of food. We wanted to try different rolls so we opted for the all you can eat because price wise it was the same as if we would’ve ordered 3 rolls without the all you can eat. One thing that was a pleasant surprise was there are other things included to choose from. My husband ended his meal with a soup. We would definitely go back and maybe do the sashimi all you can eat for just a little more in price as it’s not quite as filling and you can enjoy more food. The warm sake was so good as were the regular margaritas.
