We had the best, friendliest service today at Columbus Bar —just look at that smile! Abel was fantastic and made our visit extra special.
The food was wonderful too! We shared the kraut balls and mushrooms—seriously, how do they make them so perfect every time? My sister and brother-in-law split a burger they loved, and I went for the Reuben. So flavorful, especially with that yummy dipping sauce. And yes, I had to have a root beer in a bottle—such a treat!
We didn’t make it in time for the lunch specials this round (only $9 and such a great deal), but that just gives us a reason to go back soon!

We stopped through tonight and add dinner there. Had the fish and chips and even after they brought out a new batch it was still mushy and nasty and not what fish and chips at least the fish portion of it should be. Sorry that we will not return. The waitress is very kind of sending and didn’t seem to take the concern seriously.

I’ve been a local to this bar for about 8 or 9 years and have always had great experiences. I was finally able to try their World famous Tenderloin. And I have to say, they’ve got one of the best in Columbus. I do love their French fries. And their hamburgers are very tasty. A must visit if you’re in the area!

A great place with a large selection of beers you can’t find at other places in town. Plus, if you join their Mug Club you can get a personalized mug, a free snack on Fridays, and other perks.

This is the best place for beer in Columbus. Their variety and quality of rotations on tap and nitro is excellent. There is always something new and wonderful to try. About half the chalkboard is different day-to-day.
The food is Southern Hoosier and German-inspired, mostly. There are also fish tacos and the “Chupacabra” wrap. If you’re really hungry get the jagerschnitzel.
This is probably the most “local” pub in the neighborhood if you want to get a feel for the community. There’s a mug club to go along with Cheers-like congeniality and the usual suspects. Everybody on the staff is pleasant and friendly. It’s a swell little joint.

We threw our food in the trash. It was burned and the onion rings tasted like fish. I used to love the tenderloin sandwiches, could not wait to come back to Indiana to get one. But these were terrible. Ok I spent 60 dollars for food that we threw away. Yuck and gross. Never again

Meatloaf sandwich is amazing! Also had the honey Sriracha wings and they were great! Their food is awesome and they make nearly everything from scratch, including the delicious pretzel bun on the meatloaf sandwich!
