The cashier wasn’t very pleasant.I had to wait for about 30 minutes For my food. The steak and my sandwich was cold. It was nasty. I don’t know what these people think that they’re selling. Maybe they think they’re selling a T-bone steak but for that sandwich was $17.16 + tax 1.32 = 17.79.

This was not a good sandwich. From what I’ve read, Tony Luke’s is outstanding at other locations, so I was excited to try one while watching the game. I was really disappointed. I got one with fried onions and cooper cheese. I saw other folks with cheesesteaks from different vendors and really wished I had one of those! Everyone standing behind the case where the cheesesteaks were at looked miserable and unapproachable. I got one sandwich, a cup of fries and a Coke and it cost nearly $40. Horrible choice for ballpark food.

This location for Tony Luke’s is giving them a bad name. I was served a cheesesteak with a cold slice of cheese on it, not melted in anyway. My mother got a roast pork sandwich with a cold slice of provolone. The quality of the meat was fine, but this sandwich was an embarrassment to their name.

Yuck. All I can say about this location. I’ve had Tony Luke’s before at other locations, and it was very good. Here at the ballpark,my steak tasted like a cup of black pepper was dumped on it. That is literally all I tasted, black pepper. The sandwich was small and thin. This along with the cashier holding up the line because her text messages were more important than doing her job. I’ll go back to Campos, much better.

We got one cheesesteak with whiz and another with cooper sharp. Both were severely lacking in cheese. Disappointing. The people of this city deserve better!

We got cheese steaks at the ball park citizens bank. They used to be so good now they have you
Get them in the case now.All I can say how terrible they were tasted like mush and there was a huge piece of fat in one of them. Even the wiz tasted terrible. We will never go there again especially for what they are charging it should not be not like that. Horrible !!!

Literally so good! The employees are kind enough (even though they can get frustrated if you don’t know exactly what you want & don’t order it exactly as they want you to — if you’re not a local it is hard to avoid this). The sandwiches are delicious. I had a cheesesteak but my partner and all people mainly recommend the pork sandwich with sharp provolone — both so yummy!

Sandwiches piled up, kitchen is making so much good food. The problem is 50-100 people maybe 150 waiting in line because the people on the 2 registers are to slow. In other years there were 3 registers and the line moved a little better. Who actually manages this place? The Roast Pork is the best sandwich in the park.

Had at citizens bank park. It was one of the worst cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. I was left wondering why people wait in line so long for this. Not enough meat, not enough cheese, the bread was stale. It had no flavor. The meat was dry. Why? I will not buy another from tony Luke’s. I wonder if people just praise them because they’re a recognizable name and it’s the “in” thing to do ? Who knows. Lousy steak.

Got a cheesesteak 10 mins before the game even started on Sunday and it would end up being cold and disgusting. Not a good start to what was supposed to be a great time at at a Phillies game.
