Looking for a local bite while in the area and this popped up. Fantastic service from the owner who was extremely personable and fun to chat with. There was a bit of a wait time for food but he kindly gave us free loaded fries to munch on while we waited.

We have literally come here three times this week since discovering this gem! We have tried all different things on the menu, and it’s all delicious, and the guy who works there is so fast! My kids absolutely love the milk teas with bubbles. The ramen is the best we’ve had in the US! Highly recommend.

This is my favorite restaurant to spoil my family with after a long week. We went tonight for food and the owner went above and beyond with the service provided, and took the time to be helpful even though it was very busy. I also found out that he has a presence making boba for the schools in the area for show choir comps, and both of my teenage kiddos have met him and have stories of him treating them kindly and providing good food. And again, the food is just delicious. I’m so glad it’s so close to my home. Go check them out!

Very unhappy about the portion size of the Zzaam bowl. I ordered the bulgogi Zzaam bowl tonight and was shocked to see the amount of bulgogi. It was like they “sprinkled” the meat in the bowl. The amount of rice and bulgogi was disproportionate. I wasn’t expecting a heaping amount of meat but this is ridiculous.

While passing through, I stopped for a bite to eat, and Zzaam did NOT disappoint. The portions were well worth the cost, the fried rice was cooked to perfection, and the sides (I had the shrimp egg roll and man doo) were delicious. Pretty quick service, and though quiet and reserved, this may be one of my favorite spots. Anytime I’m passing through here again, this will be my go-to spot to eat. 4/5 for service only because they tend to go into the back and not spend too much time out behind the counter directly. Otherwise, this was near perfect food!

First let me say, I really enjoy Zzaam. I love the food and drinks. However, lately the customer service has been very off putting. From coming in and watching the employees more intrigued by their personal conversations or their phones. To who I assume to be the manager, not having the most pleasant disposition when customers ask questions. I visited yesterday and asked a question about the kiosk and the gentleman assisting me appeared to very short and irritated with my question.

4 stars because there is only ever 2 employees. No matter if I walk in or doordash/grubhub it’s never ready on time. Otherwise we love Zzaam and their ramen. It’s really enough for 2 people and is seasoned well, kinda spicy even when we choose mild but overall delicious. Even the doordash deliveries arrive STEAAAMING HOT! They cook it fresh and i love that!! This is my kids favorite late night dinner esp if in brandermill area. The boba is also delicious
