Customers waiting around the front for their orders while watching listening to employees not a good environment. The lady with black slammed the doors while raging to go outside to a customer, came back in mad about where orders are. The lady in back was swearing up a storm that no one can help her. While the lady with black hair was also swearing. Everyone who was standing there could hear them. Very rude customers shouldn’t hear that. They really need to get better people or have a manger there. The lady with gray hair was nice.

The cash register broke down so no one could order anything, when we did order we were completely forgotten about and had to stand there for 10 minutes. The staff moved so slowly it was obvious they didn’t want to be there. The nuggets were okay, but the onion rings were way too salty to the point of being inedible (I didn’t even order onion rings by the way, I ordered fries), and they were out of EVERY drink except Dr. Pepper, sparkling water, and Coca Cola. There were flies EVERYWHERE and it smelled like baby wipes. I was going to give this place 2 stars to be nice, but get this, we placed another order, this time to go, for a family member who stayed home and they again forgot about us and served several people who ordered after us. They only acknowledged us when we either went up to them and asked about our order or if we were visibly annoyed about the service. They have no system and no one is in charge. It took us an hour total to get nuggets and two burgers. My advice for Burger King, fire everyone and hire an all new competent staff. My advice for consumers, just go to McDonalds across the street. Nothing even remotely close to this has happened there and I’ve lived here a long time.

Everyone is working at a crawl in there. Took ten minutes to get my food when no one was at the drive through and only two other people waiting with us. Then the manager who was helping staff had touched my fries with her bare hands. I made a comment about it and she swung around and said what do I expect, to which I replied for her to wear gloves. Especially if she’s directly touching the food. She said they don’t have gloves up front. I said they should have them and that seems like a management issue. She immediately raised her voice and asked if I wanted her to remake everything and I said I don’t really have time. It’s already taken 10 minutes for this so called fast food and I just wanted her to wear gloves if she was touching my food. I don’t know where her hands have been. I would rather have my money back. She refused to give me the receipt and demanded I leave “her” store. So I gave her the bird and left.

Went there on February 5th and they swiped my card twice. I’ve called so many times and left messages to get it sorted out and nothing. Ended up paying $40 for a drink, fry and burger.

Haven’t been to this location in quite awhile, thought i’d give it a try today. Got my drink handed out to me which had soda all over the outside so I had to wipe it off. Ended up having to come back through bc the worker never rung up my large fry. Even though I clear as day said it. Not sure what the rush was as I was the only one in the drive through line. Go to get my kids nuggets out and realize they gave me bbq sauce instead of sweet n sour. Food is good, and the worker seemed nice but not the point.

Normally this location in Medina, NY food is fine with acception of overly salty fries however today was just gross. Fries are so gross that they literally made me spit it out in reaction. They aren’t close to being edible due to being so undercooked, soggy, salty, and old…..its just some fries but some awful fries I wouldn’t give to a starving person let alone a paying customer. C’mon now lets be better

–added 2 burger photos from trip 2 give em another chance today…ended with less money and not a single bite or piece of edible food!!
MY RANT; Horrible service, horrible food, all happened in last year prior to that I frequented and would recommend but in the last year or so its taken a drastic turn for the bad. Each successive trip has ended worst and worst with this being the final laugh on me. Burgers so old and hard you wouldn’t eat let alone ponder feeding it to your animals. Fries are always mix match of soggy 2 day old grossness to massively over-salted fresh outta the fryer undercooked messes. Whichever way you slice I would highly recommend avoiding this location until they show drastic changes and improvements! This will be the last time I pay them for something I cant eat let alone want to touch after how old and gross it is. SAD

Tonight I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes along with two other cars that were in front of me to order. After 10 minutes of waiting, a car behind me pulled into the parking lot and went inside to order. After 20 minutes I backed out of the drive-thru as well as the two other cars that were ahead of me as we received no service at all. I do not know what the problem was. Nobody came out of the store to say there was an issue but no service was provided.

If you’re going for an impossible whopper, avoid at all costs. I ordered an impossible whopper and was given what was very clearly a beef whopper. I have been a vegetarian for almost 10 years and have been ordering impossible whoppers since they first came out, but I guess that will be the last time I order anything from Burger King.

Today was freaking awesome. She was SOOOO excited when we drove by!!! The King was outside waving to cars on Maple Ridge Road. We did an immediate U turn (thank you McDonald’s ) and are currently enjoying a cold drink and a cheeseburger in the AC. He is here till 7.
