Greek cafe whipping up gyros, burgers & dips in a compact space with Mediterranean decor touches.

The food is without a doubt very good. Great flavors that instantly remind you of the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul.
But the food loses its flavor when you see the unfriendly staff..who don’t have a simple smile on their faces. It felt so cold placing an order with them versus the warm aromatic food served here.
Please smile more… life is short and beautiful ❤️

The gyros are always reliable, they don’t skimp on the meat and veggies, and speaking of the veggies, they’re always very fresh.
If you can handle some spice, their homemade hot sauces are excellent. The mango hot sauce pairs perfectly with the tzaziki gyro.
Watch out for the “original” flavor hot sauce, it’s not for beginners. Slow-building long-lasting burn from fresh habaneros (which you can actually taste, they have a lovely sweet fresh fruity flavor).
I also can’t forget to mention the staff members were very friendly and kind.

This place has a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. The gyro was tasty, though it didn’t quite match the level of Spiro’s Heroes in Ukiah, but it was still very enjoyable. However, the fried cheese, priced at $7, might not meet expectations in terms of portion size, as evident in the accompanying picture.

I love this place. I’ve been here from the beginning. But I have had some hiccups lately. A forgotten item ok it happens. But back to back ? Asked for my make up falafel and didn’t get my 1/2 gyro meat. Do better. I’m not giving up on you.

Very tasty! I came here with friends once four or five years ago and have been a huge fan ever since. The crew is very personable and the smell always makes me salivate when i walk in

The Gyro meat had about half the salt as other restaurants… Good job on that! Food was great. Very friendly service.
We ordered shrimp and lamb kebab’s, gyro’s, baba ganoush with pita bread, tabouli, falafels, and rice.

All I have to say is damn – this place is fine! Objectively the best gyro I’ve had in my life happened here on a random Thursday evening. Washed it down with a Humboldt Semi-Dry Cider from their cache – exquisite.
I mentioned Thursday evening… my partner and I got there about 7:10pm, they close at 8pm. The place was genuinely jamming all the way until 8pm. No early close, no “last seating at 7:40pm”, they took orders (and sat customers) until 8pm. I respect that type of work ethic.
Shout-out to Tyler at the Hampton Inn next door for pointing us in the Kebab’s Cafe direction.

A great place to grab a bite to eat. I would say a great lunch place for Arcata. The food is good and fresh and the prices are reasonable! You get big portions and I love that! Their dinner combo plates are a really good bargain!

Counter service excellent. Greeted by cooks upon entry. Guided through menu selection. Turkish meatball sandwich and some other sandwich, both excellent. Served with side sauces, chili and taziki. Candy bar with sesame nougat. Fresh made pita bread with an eggplant garlic dipping sauce. Yum on all accounts! Going back to experiment with other menu adventures.

A good place for a kebab craving. We ordered a dinner upgrade which includes rice, diced tomato, cucumbers, onions and cabbage. Then we ordered meat to go on top: beef, pork, chicken, lamb as well as grilled veggies. We also ordered falafel which was nice and crispy. All were pretty tasty, came with extra dipping sauce and two hot sauces. Service was friendly.
