The owner just called me, which I don’t know where he got my phone number from and threatening me that he will sue me because I put the review in which there is a pictures of some customers and second that they refunded my money as they did favor to me when that was their fault by not listening to the customer when they’re placing their order. instead of accepting their fault their fault the manager is threatening me to take my review down and I don’t even have a right as a customer to express my feeling. This is extremely sick instead the owner
if he really cares, he should not have 3.9 review and should be working to improving the quality and calling to find out how he can do better for next time instead of threatening their customers for the review this is a free country and everybody have a right to express when somebody spending close to $80 and here is my review. Very disappointing experience overall. The food quality did not meet expectations—several dishes were bland, overly tasteless and lacked the authentic flavor you would expect from this type of cuisine. Presentation was average at best, and the taste did not justify the price.

Service was average , even though the restaurant was not very busy at the time. Staff appeared inattentive to the request. I have regarding some sauce and they end up overcharging, but then refunded it, and they even want to charge for a small sauce.

Cleanliness was also a concern, making the dining experience uncomfortable, the table were not wiped properly Considering the cost, the quality of food, service, and overall atmosphere fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Masala Walk and will not be returning.

A bit of a disappointing experience overall. I was surprised to learn they only had one dish made with coconut milk, which really limited the options. The chai was also a letdown — it tasted flat and I wouldn’t recommend it. On top of that, the packaging didn’t hold up well, and some of the food spilled in the bag during transport. The flavors were okay, but not enough to make up for the overall experience.

I got the shrimp pad Thai and veggie spring rolls. Every time I eat at Masala the food is fresh and great!! I get everything. I used get chicken wings and burnt garlic fried rice lol. My go to is veggie spring rolls and shrimp pad Thai. I love them.

A great spot with reasonably priced dishes. I loved the build-your-own-bowl concept, which lets you customize proteins to your preference. Tried several curry bowls like Methi Malai, Spinach Masala, and Butter Masala – overall very enjoyable. Only note: Curries were a bit too creamy, which overpowered the original spices, likely tuned for local tastes, slightly affecting authenticity. The space is ample and comfortable.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but I got really sick after eating the masala fries and samosas. Like so sick that I am wearing a diaper sorry for the TMI. But I have been sick to my stomach since eating that food. Ive lost my appetite & I have terrible stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. I spent $23 btw just to be sick as a dog and I didn’t even finish the food.

We’re always a little hesitant to try any new restaurants with review stars lower than 4, but the recent power outage left very few options for food. Many restaurants were still without power, but we found out Masala Wok was in operation and open for business.

The staff was friendly at the counter, and we told them that it was our first time dining in their restaurant and that we might have a few questions. The gentleman was nice, and he answered all our questions and explained all the different options.

We’ve been to many different Indian restaurants, and we know a good chicken biryani when we taste one. The biryani had nice flavor and spices, the chicken was tender, and the sauces added an extra touch of flavor for the entrée.

We also ordered the Mongolian chicken with vegetables and Jasmine Rice. The meat had a good, rich flavor, and the vegetables still had a nice crunch to them and weren’t soggy or overcooked.

We came here not really knowing what to expect, but we left pleasantly surprised and happy. We hope other new patrons can experience the same great food and service we’ve experienced. We wish Masala Wok the best and hope future customer reviews will take them over the 4 start ratings. We’ll be back soon!

Went here for the first time this evening. It’s Indian / Asian fast food- nothing more.
For starters we got the 2 soups- Manchau and Hot & Sour and an order of samosas. For the main course- Paneer 65 and chicken 65 wraps. We also got a kids meal (chicken tikka with rice). The soups were okay. Samosas were just okay too. The wraps were better taste wise and portion. My kid’s meal was a ton of basmati rice, with 4 little pieces of tandoori chicken on a skewer and some tandoori sauce on the side. Not enough chicken or sauce for the portion of rice. It was good to try out the place. We may come back to perhaps try out some of the Asian dishes. Service was quick and the place was fairly large and clean.

Update: this place used to be nice and food was good. Recently the food quality went so bad. They increased the price with low food quality aren’t worth it. Attached is an example how bad the quality is…tandoori chicken, cost $11.50, barely two to three small pieces of chicken and the entire wrap is filled with cheese…what an awful way to rip off customers. Not returning to this place again. When food is good, spending money is worth it but this kind of rip off is unacceptable…

It was not a very great experience. Tried Masala wok after 7 years (1st time at this location) . It used to be amazing! This time, it wasn’t the same. The food was bland and the place was very dirty. It just didn’t feel clean. Chicken tikka wrap was the only normal item.
The chicken tikka plate was too bland… and the chicken pizza wasn’t even a pizza. It wasn’t holding up its shape, and every time we took a slice out, it would become soggy, and all the toppings would fall out. It’s actually made on a very thin naan. It’s not a good option.

Bot going back for a while .
