7pm on a Friday night. They were busy, staff is friendly, but a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people. Bahn Mi was not available that time. Soups, Porkchops, and Chicken lemon Grass were all good. Would come again!

Don’t expect the best customer service, but it’s decent compared to their first location. We had the same male server twice and he was very kind to us.

2nd time at this location, wanted to go to pho basi 1 but parking is not the best, hit or miss. Great food as always! The owner came to greet us to ensure we were ok, always a bonus from a small business owner. If you are looking for a place for some good pho, fried chicken, or beef/pork with onions, check them out in Tumon. You won’t be disappointed!

Food is great. My only gripe is I feel like they need more staff on the floor. In my past visits they only have 2 people on the floor waiting more than 5 tables as well as catering to take outs and being the cashier. So expect at least a 5-10 minute wait just to get your drinks and place an order.

I visited today and ordered a vermicelli bowl, making sure to let the staff know that I cannot eat bean sprouts. When my order arrived, I didn’t realize there were bean sprouts hidden at the bottom of the bowl until after I had already mixed it. We informed the waitress, who later returned and explained that the chef said I should not order vermicelli and instead choose a salad or fresh lumpia. I usually have very good experiences here, but this situation was concerning for me since I have an allergy. I ended up ordering fresh lumpia, which I did not want, but the chef refused to make another vermicelli bowl.

I called to order take out. I was promptly told to hold. That’s fine, im sure they’re busy for lunch. I waited around 2 minutes and heard a “hello”. No exaggeration, as I opened my mouth to reply, they hung up. Not even a second passed. I called again and said “hi can I order take out.” The man who picked up replied “ok hurry up we’re busy.” I thought that was very rude of him to say to me as a customer.
Additionally, I’ve eaten numerous times inside and have had terrible service each and every time. They have pretty good food but they need to work on even just the simplest customer service. I don’t expect extravagant service. I work in the food and beverage industry as well, so I know how difficult it can be.

The food is great. The customer service however is not. The only ones who are actually very friendly is the main guy and another female. Most of the females won’t even acknowledge you and walk right past you. I have been here so many times so it wasn’t just a one time occurrence. The man is always so friendly but the females will just give nasty looks or avoid you as much as possible because they don’t want to do their job. They have been so busy at times and I only see the man and one other woman actually doing stuff and working around and helping people. It’s honestly very upsetting that there is no attitude check with some of the female workers. I would hate to see such a delicious food restaurant suffer because of lack of staff service

Pho Basi is a hidden gem! Their rib pho is absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and perfect comfort food. I also can’t get enough of their lumpia—both the fresh and fried versions are consistently amazing and always hit the spot. Great service, generous portions, and a cozy atmosphere make it a go-to spot. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality Vietnamese food!
