We stopped hoping for breakfast, but didn’t realize we’d missed the window. Almost glad we did, because I got a gyro quesadilla and it was delicious! Service was great, atmosphere was super cozy. 10/10 would come back!

I was craving a hearty breakfast burrito and this is the only place in town I trust to get it right. I asked for a bit of spice to be added to the burrito and some pimento cheese & they had it ready within 15 minutes of my phone call. The place doesn’t look like a restaurant from the outside but rather a home and it just adds to the charm. The inside is quaint and eclectic; a true coffee shop vibe. The staff were amazing and I wouldn’t dream of ordering a breakfast burrito anywhere else. They have a corned beef hash that is to die for as well!

My wife is gluten intolerant, you have to ask for options, but they do have several, and she was able to get a Ruben sandwich for the first time in YEARS, and it was great. The service was polite and helpful and friendly. If we are in the area we will defiantly be back.

Spent the day here studying and trying different items on the menu. Everything was great, and so was the service! The staff surprise engineered new unique coffee drinks for us, and they were surprisingly yummy. It’s was a cozy and comfortable place to relax, work, and eat good food. The best part was the desert, by far! Just such great baked goods. The cheesecake was my favorite. My only constructive note is that the gyro sauce could use more flavor/spice as it was a bit bland. Otherwise, one of my new favorite places in the UP to eat.

This place is absolutely amazing for gluten-free options. I highly recommend going here if you are gluten intolerant or have celiac disease. Savannah was our server and knows everything about being gluten-free. The whole staff takes it very seriously actually. They care so much and understand more than any other place I’ve been too. Thank you for the amazing experience both days we stopped in.

Great place for a brunch! Very nicely decorated giving that “cozy at home” feeling. Delicious hot sandwiches, egg Benedict made to perfection- all nicely presented with garnish of fruit on the side.
Good selection in hot drinks including non-caffinated teas, they even have chi tea latte! Will definitely go there again.

I absolutely love this place! The food has always been top notch, especially the French toast. The pulled pork hash will definitely start your day off with a happy belly.
Breakfast always comes with a small slice or two of fresh fruit, which is a nice touch. They have different daily specials and they are always super fresh. I’ve never hopped on the avocado toast bandwagon, but tried it here one day when it was a feature- so very tasty!
The coffee is good with a different flavored coffee daily. I haven’t tried many of their barista-perpared drinks, but the hot Lodon Fog is perfect on a cold day.
The service is good! Savannah is the bomb; she’s friendly and attentive without being over the top. Tammy can be a little mercurial, but is ultimately friendly.
Outdoor seating in the summer is wonderful, with a lovely view of the marina.

Our server was very pleasant. The atmosphere was clean and cozy. Great bakery and coffee selections.

The restaurant was very busy, with not a lot of staff. Expect and plan for a wait, but the food IS DEFINITELY worth it.
Also, as an FYI, expect a 4% charge if using a card.
I don’t like to leave negative feedback. However, I do think that the end of my experience is worth mentioning.
Before we were finished with our meal, we ordered and paid for an Americano coffee to go. 5-10 minutes later, we finished our meal and then had to wait at least 10 minutes before we were able to pay at the counter. We then another 10+ minutes waiting for the coffee to be up before asking about the status of it being ready. The barista (who was very busy) told us that she was “busy and behind”…and thats it. She appeared annoyed with the inquiry and went back to making coffee.
We had to wait another 5+ minutes before being able to catch our server to ask about the coffee order. She received the same reply from the barista, who was now visibly annoyed by our attempt to find out the status of the drink.
After that response, the server was clearly flustered, and we were no closer to an answer about the status of the coffee.
We then decided to leave.
We waited approximately 30 minutes for an Americano that we never received but paid for.

The food was delicious! We got the blueberry stuffed French Toast and the Bearded Breakfast (without BBQ sauce). Our waitress was very friendly. Their coffee bar and pastries looked delicious also.
