Healthy and well made. Been coming here for nearly 16 years and the quality is still incredible. Even before becoming vegetarian, I used to eat their meat pies and the quality was delightful.
Highly recommend! I got the baba ghanouj tabbouli sandwich. So good ❤️

Food was good and fresh. We ordered the lamb gyro pita and the kafta burger, in addition to a piece of pistachio baklava. The baklava was very rich, flaky and flavorful. Staff was friendly.

I put extra garlic sauce in the special instructions for my chicken Shawarma. They keep forgetting every time. Very disappointed as it’s a bit dry everytime they forget.

I’ve been eating here since 2007, and almost 20 years later it is the same delicious consistency of my undergraduate days. I will go out of my way and drive an extra hour to have their chicken shawarma wrap. There’s nothing like it elsewhere, the garlic sauce and fries make this a favorite for me and my friends. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Been coming here since 2006! A great spot for takeout. The staff are very nice and so is the food. My favorite thing there is “Meghan’s Falafel Pita Wrap” 🙂

I have been ordering pita sandwiches from here, almost embarrassingly regularly, for a few years now. The food has always been incredibly flavorful, orders are always correct, and the guys running it are outstandingly welcoming. PKG is a staple choice when I’m downtown, I only wish it could be a larger establishment someday!

A great little pita shop. Got the falafel and it was moist and flavorful. Food came out fast.

Went to Pita Kabob Grill by chance one day when some friends and I had been hanging out on the Diag. Its location was super convenient, but it’s easy to see how you could miss it if you weren’t looking for it!
From the moment we walked in, the experience was great, the staff was very chill, patient and helpful as we tried to make our selections from their menu. They’ve got a very diverse menu and there’s something for basically everyone. Among my friend group we had people who were Vegan and people who were on Low Carb diets and we all found things to eat pretty easily.
There’s not a ton of indoor seating as the restaurant is pretty small, but it’s adequate for what it is, and there are a couple of tables with chairs outside. Once you’ve ordered, the food arrives fairly quickly too. Overall the food tastes great, it’s a good value, and it’s close to campus!
Low Carb/ Keto folks: There are tons of options for you here, but they are rice heavy, so ask for a substitute or get a larger dish to compensate. Personally I ordered the Mixed Kabob plate, and it was plenty of food especially since you can get a soup or salad as a side (Be forewarned, the Chicken Curry soup has rice in it!!)

Fantastic dining experience! Walked in for lunch during the art fair and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and size of a tasty chicken gyro and pistachio baklava. My boyfriend had the lamb shawarma and spinach pie – amazing taste and portion size. The outside seating was taken, so we ate inside; it was a bit cramped but understandable for a restaurant that probably relies mostly on carry-out service. We got our food quickly and it was hot. I highly recommend this restaurant for an authentic mid-east taste in Ann Arbor.
